We offer 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms:
The Sunrise Suite is a two-bedroom private living space, with both bedrooms on the second floor, a queen bed in each room, and a primary bathroom attached to one of the bedrooms. On the main floor, you'll find a living room with a foosball table and a patio with a hot tub and hammocks where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset views.
For a more intimate experience, the property also offers three individual lodge rooms, each with an individual entry from the covered patio, private bathroom, queen-sized bed, and a unique desert-inspired decor.
Need even more privacy? The Biltmore cabin is separate from the house (close to the pool) and has a cuisinette, bathroom, small dining table, and couch. Perfect for a couple or individual.
Explore the magnificent gardens and take a stroll on the 5-acre lot, take a dip in the pool, and enjoy the private pool area with the most glorious views in Joshua Tree. The Desert Lily is the perfect destination for those seeking a peaceful and enchanting desert getaway.

Locally hosted by Jenn, an East Coast transplant, who loves living in the desert and sharing this area with guests. If you need a recommendation or help during your stay, Jenn will be available and happy to help.
- Go to a sound bath at Integratron or have one of our local practitioners bring a sound bath to you.
- Get an in-home massage by one of our awesome, local massage therapists.
- Go on a private, guided hike - a favorite activity for guests!
- Get a private Yoga or Pilates session.
- Go on a star gazing tour or have a private stay tour at the property - another favorite!
- Go on a private horseback ride and explore canyons, creeks, and desert wildlife.

EV charging:
We have 2 Tesla EV charging stations that you are welcome to use. Note: bring your own adapter if you have an EV plug that is not Tesla.
- Respect
Our neighbors are very nice folks, and we enjoy the quiet and harmonious environment together. Please do not party and/or cause loud noises to help us maintain this peaceful environment. This home is very loved. Please treat it with respect, and it will respect you. Quiet hours are all day in the desert! This is strictly enforced. If you foresee this being a problem for you, we'd kindly ask that you please consider another home. We take great care in being respectful to our neighbors.
- Parties or Events
We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home. Quiet Hours in the neighborhood start at 9pm. Again, this will be strictly enforced. If you're looking to party or consistently make loud noise, this will not be the house for your group.
- Smoking
The home is a non-smoking environment. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash. We appreciate your cooperation!
- Fire pit
There is an outdoor fire pit area. if you would like to use it, please plan to bring your own firewood and make sure this is the only area you light fires in and keep it under control. The desert is VERY dry and fires can go up in an INSTANT. The area is also very windy and as such fires can travel at incredible speeds here.
- Pets
Yes, pets are allowed if you book the Whole House. There is a pet fee of $95 for up to two dogs. No cats or other types of animals.
- Pool/ Spa
If you would like the spa attached to the pool to be heated, please inquire about the cost. Propane is quite expensive in Joshua Tree and we unfortunately are not able to include the cost in the nightly rate. The hot tub next to the house runs on electricity and is included at no additional cost.
