Guests at Villa Leona will have full access to the entire property, including the remodeled house, backyard, pool, and spa.

Other things to note

Pool/Hot tub heating: The hot tub heating is included with your booking. If you'd like to heat the pool, it's an additional $225 per day due to the high cost of fuel in our area.

Please note this house is in a quiet, residential area. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. We do have neighbors and sound travels far in the desert. We appreciate your help with keeping our neighbors happy.

Pet Friendly: We're pet friendly! Two well-behaved pups allowed. There is a $95 pet fee, paid at time of booking. No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house or in the yard and please dispose of any pet waste.

Check in/Check out: Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am.
