Beautiful area! Very clean inside, a lot nicer than i expected it to be. Hot tub was so nice. The place itself was easy to access, quiet neighbors and overall a beautiful area. Host was incredibly kind and communicative and I will absolutely be booking here again some day!

Cottage was exactly as listed! Extremely cute with everything seems new. Awesome hottub. Lots of parking.Quiet outdoor sitting areas with beautiful lake views. Comfortable living, & sleeping would stay here again for sure. Very convenient to Bristol & Johnson city.

Absolutely Perfect Getaway — Cozy, Immaculate, and Above Expectations!

We were already excited about this cozy cottage from the pictures, glowing reviews, and our communication with Lena, the host. But staying there was beyond what we expected. Lena is the sweetest — we arrived a bit early, and she was finishing up to make sure everything was spotless and ready. Honestly, I’ve never stayed somewhere so clean — even the towels smelled freshly laundered! She also surprised us with snacks and bottled water/Gatorade. The cottage is thoughtfully stocked with a Keurig and plenty of good K-cups (Starbucks, McDonald's, etc.), along with glasses, mugs, plates (even paper plates), silverware, and quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You really only need your personal essentials and groceries. The hot tub was the highlight — crystal clear, perfectly heated, and private with curtains and a retractable fence. The view of the lake is lovely, and we even heard live music from Jay’s Boat Dock. Watching the sunset from the tub was incredible. The location is peaceful but convenient — 8 minutes to groceries, 15 to shopping and dining. This has become our favorite getaway — we’ll definitely be back!

Nice overnight stay

The property is very nice and welcoming with decor thru out. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! We didnt sleep well as we are used to different mattresses but it was workable. Loved having a large freezer.

We loved everything about it! The Cottage was clean and inviting. We loved the hot tub the most, the beds were comfortable. Very peaceful and relaxing. It was only 15 minutes from Bristol Motor Dragway. We were able to meet Lena and she was very nice and hospitable.

THIS PROPERTY WAS GREAT! Clean, well maintained, stocked with every possibly forgotten toiletry. It was our anniversary, and the host left us very tasty cupcakes and a card. We will go back.

Great location and very quiet. Eash access to everything. Such a nice place and very, very clean and tidy. Nice hot tub and easy parking as well. The host was super nice and responded quickly. I was having problems on my end with communication. I apologize for not saying thank you. We had a great visit to the area and this was so much nicer than any other place to stay. I hope to return and will try to stay here again. It was absolutely a great time.

The inside of this property was immaculate.

Extremely neat and clean inside the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in. The were a few glitches with the door lock but the manager was quickly available. I gave it a 4 star because of the outside. The patio was dingy and It was advertised as being private but the whole front was open with some curtains around the hot tub. Yes it is lakefront but there are no real views to enjoy and it is at the top of a very high cliff. We thought we would be able to rent a boat across the street but could not and spent a while finding a place to rent from. A few provided pages of local resources and things to do would have been great

Lake cottage

The property was clean. The beds/pillows were very comfortable. The hot tub was clean (we didn’t use) it. Back yard had a grill and nice seating . Centrally located to town but quiet and peaceful. The shower spray was weak so rinsing was challenging. Wish there were more hand towels and washcloths for the length of our stay. Great place to stay! Thanks Lena.

Cute and cozy

I clean houses and am picky. I was very pleased with this lil place. The bed and pillows were super comfy and we had plenty of towels for bathroom. We used the hot tub which is really nice as well. We took a short walk down to the water and listened to live music. We wish we would of known there is a small resturant on the water. Maybe next time we will try it. We had already got pizza. Our stay was great!

Great place, close to my family

We came down to Tennessee for my cousin’s wedding and needed a place to stay that was close to my family. This was about 5 minutes from them, 15 minutes from the airport and across the street from Jay’s Boat Dock. The location was great and the cottage was super clean and laid out nicely. Lena was very responsive and even checked in on us during our stay!! We didn’t use the hot tub but the outside area was really cool.

Amazing Cozy Cottage

The Cottage was super clean and very nice. Furniture and decor are definitely up to date and stylish. Beds are amazing. Location is perfect. U can literally see the lake from driveway. Host provides alot of ammendities which we were not expecting. Quiet and no loud neighbors or anything so that was a plus. The hot tub was spectacular and it has privacy visors or shades so that u feel safe. HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking for a romantic getaway or just a vacation to get away and recharge. Can't say enough good things about it. This was our first time using Vrbo so we didn't know what to expect and it exceeded our expectations. Will never go to a motel or hotel again. WE WILL BE GOING BACK SOON.

Quaint Cottage

Cottage just as advertised…Communicated with Lena before and after booking she was very helpful.. Cottage was spotless Hot Tub was excellent and her extra touches made you feel very welcome.. We could have chosen a motel but so glad we found this little gem.. Would highly recommend and we definitely will book when we come back to the area !

The cozy cottage was exactly that, a cozy little cottage with modern details and amenities! The hot tub was an awesome bonus! We would love to stay again. Plus the owner is very nice and makes sure you are well taken care of.
