Casa Azul is in the southern area of Jaco which still preserves the quiet and green atmosphere of the mountains. It is also a great opportunity to see fascinating fauna such as scarlet macaws, capuchin monkeys, iguanas, red limpets and impressive sunsets full of peace and energy. The house backs to open space and offers covered parking for one car (room for another small car but not fully covered, or parking in the visitors parking area). Our house is perfect for holidays or as a beautiful teleworking location.

Main Level and Bedrooms
The home is a two story with kitchen, dining area, living room and half bath on the main level. The main level also includes a covered terrace with ceiling fans, lounge chairs, an outdoor shower and washer/dryer closet. The second floor offers three bedrooms, two with king beds and one with two twin beds that can be made into a king. Each bedroom has nightstands and dedicated closets. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom. There is a second bathroom upstairs as well. Both bedrooms with king size beds provide access to a sunny deck for sunbathing, star gazing and bird watching.

Air Conditioning
There is AC on the main level and in each bedroom. Each bedroom also has ceiling fans.

Kitchen and Food Delivery
The kitchen supplies all the necessary dishes, utensils, appliances, and glassware for 6+ people. We can also facilitate private chefs (additional cost) who can prepare meals in the comfort of the home. Not in the mood to cook? No worries - Uber Eats delivers to the community.

Complimentary Items
We've included complimentary items for your first night, such as toilet paper and soap in every bathroom, dishwashing soap and sponge, salt, and a few other things that might be helpful.

House and Community Rules
• Smoking is not allowed (otherwise we will proceed with the additional charge of furniture cleaning and odor elimination fees)
• Loud parties and celebrations are not allowed – Ciudad del Mar is a peaceful, family oriented community
• Prostitution or related activities are strictly banned and will be monitored by onsite security
• Pets are not suitable for this house
• The gym is for the exclusive use of the owner residents
• Departure time is 11am – please be punctual so we can ensure the health and well-being of our guests by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the house
• A maximum of 6 people are allowed to stay in the house and must be registered prior to arrival

Pets: We love animals! However, due to condominium regulations, only service animals are allowed. If you're traveling with a service animal, please let us know in advance and be sure to bring the proper documentation, as it will need to be presented to the security guards upon entry.

Transportation and Reference Points
The nearest airport is in San Jose. Travel time to Jaco from San Jose is 1.5 to 2 hours. We can arrange a shuttle service from the airport to Jaco. Once in Jaco, several rental car agencies are available and Uber is present and inexpensive.
