With the areas various beaches, lake access points, hiking trails, parks, and so much more, you are sure to keep busy. Afterwards, pull out a board game before climbing into one of our plush beds.

Parking:
Chapel Point offers parking for up to 2 cars. Due to the HOA guidelines, the cars must be parked in the garage at all times. The garage is a standard two-car garage, if you have an oversized vehicle then only one car may fit.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property. With our keyless entry, you can enjoy a flexible check-in any time after the designated check-in time on your arrival date and guests can conveniently gain access via the smart lock.

This lakeside neighborhood with its mature trees is the retreat of retreats. Engulf yourself in nature all while having the conveniences of being close to town. Spend your morning sipping coffee on the front porch before taking a drive into Downtown Holland for their twice weekly Farmers Market to find some local goodies you can throw on the grill. Wanting someone else to cook for you? There is an abundance of eateries in the area; From your local pizza joint, Sluggo's, to your fine dining steakhouse, Butch's Dry Dock, you are sure to satiate your palate with whatever you desire. With endless activities right at your doorstep you are sure to feel as stimulated or as relaxed as you choose.

While staying at an Upscale Lakeshore vacation home, you will enjoy nearby access to Lake Michigan and all the unsalted coast has to offer. Whether it’s spring, summer, fall and or winter, there is something for everyone to enjoy! From hiking and mountain biking to kayaking and paddle boarding, there are plenty of outdoor activities to choose from. And if you are visiting during the winter months, be sure to try out a wintery hike at the beach, snowshoeing and or cross-country skiing along the lakeshore.

Our rentals are equipped with all the basic cooking essentials you'll need for a seamless cooking experience. Including pots and pans, utensils, a wide array of spices and seasonings and more. Whip up your favorite recipes, experiment with new local flavors, and savor the joy of cooking in the comfort of your home away from home.

Your reservation will include $100 association fee that is required by the homeowners association for each rental reservation.

Chapel Point has a 6 night minimum stay requirement and nightly rates reflect a longer stay due to community HOA guidelines. Per the HOA, all occupying guests must be of the same household and from the same immediate family unit. There is also maximum of 2 cars parked in the garage at all times. The garage is a standard two-car garage, if you have an oversized vehicle then only one car may fit. There will be an HOA agreement that will be sent out for your review and signature along with the rental agreement after booking. If the property will not meet your needs, please contact us as there may be another vacation home that is a better fit.

All Upscale Lakeshore vacation rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your booking will include applicable taxes, a cleaning fee along with a safety and damage protection policy. We want to ensure the safety and security of our guests and properties. When you book a vacation home with us, you will be required to sign a rental agreement after booking along with completing a verification process. To complete the verification, you will be contacted via email and/or text message. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival, so we can confirm your reservation. Prior to booking, please reach out to us directly if you would like to see the rental agreement.

Please review our cancellation policy from our rental agreement below as our cancellation policy varies ever so slightly from those on some booking platforms. Our rental agreement is included prior to completing your reservation and will supersede the cancellation policies listed on some booking sites.

Cancellation Policy: We hope you will not need to cancel your time away, but in the event that you do the following terms will apply. Please note there is a non-refundable credit card processing fee.

-100% refund (MINUS the non-refundable credit card processing fee) if you cancel within 30 days prior to check-in

-50% refund (MINUS the non-refundable credit card processing fee) if you cancel between 7 to 30 days prior to check-in

-No refund if you cancel within 7 days of check-in

We recommend securing travel insurance to protect your investment should you need to cancel your reservation outside of the allotted window or due to inclement weather or any other factor.

Upscale Lakeshore loves their pets however this home is not pet friendly. If you are looking to vacation with your furry friend or service animal please contact us for a dog friendly home.
