Renovated and furnished to a high standard, it nestles in its woodland location adjoining the owners’ garden with lovely views over the surrounding fields beyond. A level paved pathway leads round to Woodview with a fenced paved terrace giving a perfect spot to relax with views over the owners’ garden; French doors lead into the open-plan living space with a comfy sofa, bistro dining and fitted kitchen area. A welcoming dual-aspect double bedroom looking out through the trees to the fields beyond and ensuite wet room complete the accommodation.Enjoy relaxing in the natural woodland garden with pretty wild flowers, mature trees and flowering shrubs or you are welcome to wander the owners’ garden with their free range chickens. Sample the complimentary jar of honey produced from the owners’ own hives at the bottom of their grounds. Keen bird-watchers and wildlife enthusiasts will enjoy the many visitors to this garden including woodpeckers, nuthatches, jays and pheasants.Once part of the Picton Estate, Picton Castle is less than two miles away and is well worth a visit.
