PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This delightful well-designed holiday home is just what you need to start your holiday off at Coghurst Hall Holiday Park. Up to six guests can be accommodated and don’t forget that you can also bring up to two pets - all that we ask is that you don’t leave them to play on their own inside the holiday home and that you clean up after them. At Coghurst Hall there are lots of places to take your dogs for a walk - they won’t want to go home! Please note that a small charge applies per pet.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed for a good night’s sleep and the second bedroom comes with two single beds.

The bathroom is directly outside of the bedrooms so easy to find in the middle of the night, and has a shower cubicle, wash basin and a toilet.

The lounge enables you to spread out and has a fitted sofa that curls around two sides of the property and on the opposite side, in the dining area, there is a fitted sofa with a dining table and stools, so all the family can eat together - what more could you ask for?

The kitchen, as you would expect, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and cook your meals, including a hob and oven, fridge freezer and microwave and not forgetting the toaster and all-important kettle.

There is central heating and double glazing throughout the holiday home with an electric fire for those chilly nights. There is a fair use policy for gas and electricity.

Hand towels are provided but bath towels are available at a cost of £20 and have to be booked at least 48 hours in advance of your check in date.

We can offer early check-in, late check-out, or provide a travel cot, all for a small additional charge and subject to availability, just ask.
