Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Gulf Front Unit. Only 1 mile from the hangout and hwy 59. PLEASE NOTE YOUR CLEANING FEE ALSO INCLUDES PRICE FOR 1 PARKING PASS AND WRIST BANDS NEEDED FOR YOUR STAY. If additional parking passes is needed it is available for purchase for $45.

Crystal shores West unit 503. 2 bed 2 bath direct gulf front unit! Over 1,100 sq ft living space with 25ft private balcony with panoramic views of the gulf. Offers an indoor/outdoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center. Other amenities include a spa tub, sauna, game room and Wi-Fi in public areas. Come stay with us at SunnySide up Rentals, we look forward to hosting you.

Home Away From Home

The host was wonderful and checked on us during our stay! The home was tastefully decorated, and comfortable, maintaining the feel of a quaint ocean getaway. Everything looked and felt clean. The location is great for walking distance to the beach, and there were even a few beach accessories stored on the balcony. I would recommend bringing a beach umbrella with a crank if you don't plan to rent the chairs. I cook a lot, and the kitchen was well stocked with an array of cooking and baking needs. It even had a crock pot and coffee maker. We were glad to have found a great location all around. We would absolutely stay in the same home again. Other travel details on the area: we ate at Hope Farms and took a short jaunt to Pensacola. We would recommend the National Aviation Museum (which is FREE and home to the Blue Angels) and the lighthouse on base and both are open to visitors.

Location was great! A few thinga to note....

Location was amazing for the area and literally right on the beach! The condo was a little older, but nice. The reasons for not giving this condo a 5 star rating: there were some things broken, the mattresses were "bouncy" and you could hear and feel the springs, and it needed a bit of a deep clean. The condo had been cleaned prior to our arrival, but all the towel bars, toilet paper holders and base boards had caked on dust and grime. The couch and pillows were also stained. Was dirty in front of the oven. All that being said, I contacted the owner and she was incredibly responsive, offered a solution where possible and was very kind. Just an FYI, the elevators are incredibly slow. All in all, we had a great time and nothing major in the condo that made our trip anything less.

Great location

Near many local restaurants and attractions. Easy to get in and out of the complex. The elevator seems unusually slow. The walk to the beach is very easy, no long boardwalk, just step right onto the sand. The unit has almost everything we needed but a few extra towels and freshening up would be nice.

Family Vacation

Property was nice. Needs a good deep clean and the bathroom off the 2nd bedroom had a loose bathroom tile area. We had to keep the door closed to it from the kitchen area. That bathtub had an extremely slow drain. We had to buy liquid plumber. Overall nice condo. We got stuck on the elevator in the building on our way out😳

Girls Get Away

The condo was decorated so beachy and pretty. We only had one complaint and contacted the owner and it was taken care of right away. Melissa was very prompt and professional. Would highly recommend.

Softball Tournament

We picked this location due to a softball tournament for my daughter. It was great being right on the beach. I have never stayed in a high rise condo right on the beach. The only down fall was the elevators. Only 2 elevators for such a large complex. 1 did break down during our stay so that left 1 work elevator for a little while. Overall was perfect location.

Great trip

This unit fit our family of five perfectly. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made this trip so much more comfortable than previous ones. The unit is beautifully decorated, with everything you could possibly need, the building was quiet, and the view was unmatched. Our only complaint - and this was not the owner's fault at all - was that the elevators took forever. It was not uncommon to wait 10 minutes or even longer to get one. Again, that isn't the owner's fault - just something to keep in mind if you want to get somewhere at a certain time. We LOVED our stay, and will definitely stay again!

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Crystal Shores West. It was exactly what we were looking for. There was a few things that left us guessing for check in but once we got there most everything was in the book in the condo. It was not crowded and everyone there was very friendly. This is a place we will visit again!

First Family Beach Vacation

We were very pleased with everything about our first family beach vacation!! The condo was very nice and clean and the views were wonderful! We could see sharks and dolphins out in the ocean from our balcony, and there is no words to describe the beautiful sunsets!!

Just Book the Trip!

My overall impression of the property is 5 stars! Everything was beautiful just as pictured in the listing. A few minor issues were: the floor was not well mopped when we arrived (my 3 years olds feet were black within a couple hours), and the shower in the master bath was clogged. Neither of these were a huge issue as we cleaned ourselves and my husband was able to unclog the shower drain with a plunger and drain-o that was under the bathroom sink. Also, at no fault of the owners, there was only 1 working elevator for a couple days of our stay so waiting was a a bit longer than normal. However, I would definitely book with the owners again and their communication to any questions I had were answered very timely! Just book the trip!

Beautiful Room

Room 503 was so pretty. The beds and couch were all very comfortable. The beach view was amazing. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay. Checking in and out was a breeze. The owners were very easy to communicate with and quickly answered the few questions I had. We will stay here again!!

Very nice

Perfect view of the beach/ocean from our balcony. It was very clean. Had tons of pots/pans/dishes/etc. Beds were pretty comfy. The owner was usually really quick to respond however my only suggestion would be to send the info to the renter concerning the access code for the room, parking passes and access code for the beach/pool gate a few days before arrival. I had to message the owner to find this stuff out and I never got a response about the gate the beach/pool but I was able to get it from the office, thankfully. Over all though, I would definitely stay here again.
