This home features four bedrooms and one full bathroom. A streamlined kitchen layout with two hightop dining areas offers a versatile, movable kitchen island and wood flooring.

Upon entering the open and inviting living room, you will find enough room for the whole crew, with ample natural lighting. Brand new furniture and furnishings throughout. The L-shaped sectional and leather lounger encouraging all to find comfort.

Need some privacy now? Well, you have newly carpeted rooms to choose from, each one hosting brand new bedroom furniture and individual temperature climates. three upstairs bedrooms offering refreshening views and the best lighting for the perfect photos.

Sunset View’s main floor hosts a full bathroom. Complete with Shower and Soak with plenty of room to get ready for a night on the town. Downtown Grand Haven is one mile away, and features loads of great restaurants, coffee shops, toy stores and more. If you’re looking for a family friendly location with great food and shopping, this is it!

Prefer to stay lakeside and cook outdoors? Sunset View provides a perched patio complete with a natural gas Grill, along with a charcoal grill. Fire it up, and gather everyone together for that fine home-cooked meal! This home has all the cookware and tools needed for any beach breakfast, lunch, dinner or BBQ.

SLEEPING
This unit sleeps eight. All bed and bath linens are provided. All four bedrooms each host one queen bed.

PARKING
There is space for four (4) vehicles in front of the home.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT

This property is locally managed by BVW Unsalted Vacations in Holland, MI. We provide a starter kit of paper products, toiletries, hospitality-grade linens and much more.
