Meet with friends or family in this large, unique holiday home, located in a former school and town hall facing the Loire, just a short distance from Saumur in Maine-et-Loire.



Spread over 270 m² and 3 floors, it offers you 5 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, a living floor with a large kitchen, dining room and lounge, as well as various outdoor spaces, including a semi-troglodyte, uncovered pool, heated during the warm season (mid-May to end of September).



The site, dating from the 17th century, underwent a complete and eco-friendly renovation between 2019 and 2021 to provide you with optimal comfort and a relaxing environment.

This place is ideal for gathering with colleagues to work outside the usual environment, meeting with friends or celebrating a special family event.



The region offers many attractions for all ages and in every season. Discover the troglodyte dwellings, taste Loire wines and other local products. Bring your bikes or rent one on site to explore the Loire by bike! Visit the Loire Castles, the Doué-la-Fontaine zoo, and the troglodyte world.



A meeting or work room can be rented as an extra, as well as a stone cellar for your small events (photos and information on request).



Your beds will be made upon arrival and towels (2 per person) will be at your disposal. In the kitchen, you will find tea towels, basic spices, and everything you need for a pleasant stay.



The interior of the house is non-smoking. Ashtrays are available outside. Pets are not allowed. You will find many board games inside and outside the house.
