Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space! Perfect for families, friends, bachelor & bachelorette groups, our home sleeps up to 14 guests and offers all the amenities of home! Located minutes away from 30+ Grand River Valley Wineries, the famous Geneva-on-the-Lake Strip, beaches and the Historic Ashtabula Harbor, you will always find something to do, grab your friends and we'll see you soon!

Featuring 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, a large eat-in kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer, I know you'll feel comfortable and right at home.

We provide linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows. We also provide toiletries, dish, laundry and cleaning supplies, a stocked first aid kit and many extra items you might need or forgot to pack!

This rental is complete with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs ALL with Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+, and central AC and heating.

Outside:

❄️Our patios are "winterized" during the cold and snowy months. Typically ranging from November-March. Access to the patio furniture may be limited during these times and are open during the warmer summer/fall months.

☀️Summer is a busy season for the Ashtabula County with most adventures, shops, and restaurants in full swing. During fall and winter seasons, some attractions and restaurants do limit their hours or close completely so please plan your adventures in advance so you may have the best experience!

🚖There is not much from Uber or Lyft in the area. All guests receive 20% off GoGeneva Transportation services when picked up from my property. Private tours are available as well as taxi services to visit local attractions and wineries.

This home was perfect for what we needed it for. It was our central home for my wedding. Had our bridal party stay with us and our two dogs. The property is as described except for a few things- there is no bedroom door to the bunk beds- there is air conditioning but they are units - not central AC - house could use a dehumidifier when guests are there. Besides those for description- it is perfect. For cleanliness- house was clean except for - the master bathroom had hair all over the floor - and it just was something that stuck out to me. Other than that - we had no cleanliness issues. I would stay here again and I would recommend this home to anyone.

This house is PERFECT for a group wanting to enjoy a getaway to GOTL!! This house has so much charm and character, and the deck/back yard are worth the price of admission! If the opportunity presented itself, I would absolutely stay again!

The property is quite nice. Spacious rooms, decks and yard. Home has window units for air conditioning Communication with the host was not good. Communication with VRBO was not good. Serious safety concerns took over nine hours to be resolved. Resolution achieved after intense discussion with the host/ property manager and owner.

Nice getaway

We found some fun things to do in the area and a coffee shop. We absolutely loved called scribblers. The pool table was a lifesaver because we had a lot of rain the week we were there. It was nice that it was close to the strip at Geneva on the lake.

Great house and grounds.

The house was great for the 6 adults staying. We had 9 guests for a barbecue and house was perfect with the game room, patio and TV room. I will say a door on downstairs bedroom would be nice and if you have natural gas, a gas range is better. I didn't like the pillows either but i will try to get this property again if we come back. There is a reunion every 4th so that will happen. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Not a place I would go back

It was clean enough on the inside but the yard hadn’t been cut. Finally 2 days in they came and cut the grass…problem is no warning scared my grandkids and had to stop what we were doing. Then came back the day before we left again no warning. At this point you couldn’t wait another day! We also had to have a company come fix the kitchen sink because it wouldn’t drain. Oh and no air! The lathe asked if we wanted it turned on yes! 80 outside but never came to do it.

Great Property at Reasonable Price

Six older adults on a fishing trip to the local area. Location was fantastic. The bedrooms, kitchen, two dining areas, extended rooms (living room and game room), and back deck area were perfect for us. As the listing states, there's limited towels, so best to bring your own. Overall a 5 star plus property that we'll book again any time we're in the area.

Annual iced wine festival ladies trip.

Great property, second time we stayed at this house. Did not disappoint. This year, we just had 1 issue with an overflowed toilet. Rebekah got right back to us and handled the situation. Its just too bad we had no use of a third bathroom (half bath) for the last 16 hours of our 3 day weekend. It was tough not having a downstairs toilet for those first floor sleepers our last night there. All we can say is goodbath)bath)

Hitting the Winery's

This property was a great stay! Our group planned a 3 day get away to winerys in the Geneva area, and this property was in the perfect area for us. It seemed like which ever direction we went it was only a short drive. Geneva was right down the road and Geneva on the Lake was only a 13 minute drive. House was in a very nice quiet neighborhood and was easy to get to. We made a list of winerys the girls wanted to visit and set out Friday morning. Had a blast the entire day. Ended up meeting some locals and they told us where to eat that night. The restaurant was called the Farm, the Butcher, and the Chef. If your a steak lover, you'll love this place. The other winery/restaurant we liked was the Old Mill. Saturday was about the same but visited some local town bars and headed to Geneva on the lake. Most of the bars and restaurants were open but many of the other places were closed for the season. We would definitely recommend this place again. the Lake was a 13 minute drive,

Perfect and Spacious!

The house was in a perfect location for our trip to attend a family wedding being close to everywhere we needed and wanted to go! The host was great with giving us a ton of information before our arrival. The main plus was the wonderful layout where we had our own space but also had a ton of places to hang out together. For example, while my 1.5 y/o was dancing and singing to her shows in one room, we could watch her and hang out playing pool in the other room! Also, all of the furniture and beds were super comfy! I highly recommend this place for groups and would definitely come back to stay here again!

Great house
