Getting Around:
A car is the best way to get around. The cabin is located in Chalet Village, just 2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, with well-paved mountain roads leading to the property. Services like Uber and Lyft may be available, but due to the mountain location, wait times can vary.


Other Things to Note:
• Only guests listed on the reservation may stay at the property.
• Please don’t wear shoes in the house.
• Smoking incurs a $250-fine.

Pet Fee
• A non-refundable fee of $71/pet per stay applies
• Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges

Pet Limitations
• Maximum of 2 dogs (please check with the host if you plan to bring more than 2 pets or any other animals)
• No aggressive breeds
• Pets must be fully house-trained

Furniture Policy
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and couches
• Please bring proper pet bedding — no makeshift blankets or shared beds

Cleaning & Damage
• A minimum $150 fee will apply for damaged furniture, rugs, or other property
• An additional $75–$200 cleaning fee may apply for excessive pet hair, odors, or stains

Supervision
• Pets must not be left unattended unless safely crated
• Crates are not provided by the host

Outdoor Areas
• All pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of properly
• Pets must be leashed or under direct control at all times

Noise & Disturbance
• Excessive barking or disturbances may result in guest removal without refund
