The dining table has seating for up to 8 and there is more dining seating in the adjacent sunroom.
There are 3 bedrooms: The master suite offers a king bed, HDTV, private deck access, an ensuite full bath with a custom tile shower, and an adjoining laundry closet. The 2 other bedrooms each offers a queen bed, HDTV and share a full bathroom equipped with a jetted tub.
The spacious sunroom, with its panoramic windows, comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa for added accommodations, dining table, HDTV and arcade game, leads to an impressive 3/4-wrap deck, offering over 800 sq ft of scenic vistas.
The deck offers comfortable seating, an outdoor dining table and a gas grill for a cook-out while enjoying the views of the mountains, golf course and rambling creeks below.
