The holiday home is on two floors. On the ground floor, it opens into a living room with double sofa bed, air conditioning, tv and open kitchen. Moreover, there is one full bathroom.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms,
one of which is double while the other is a twin bedroom with bunk
beds, both with air conditioning. On this floor, there is another full
bathroom.

Gallipoli on the sea. The holiday home is 450 meters away from the beach
and beach establishment. The city centre of Gallipoli, with its
amenities, is 2 kilometers away. The old town centre of Gallipoli is 4
kilometers away.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
