Island Winds condo 503 is newly renovated with updated bathrooms, new flooring throughout, and new living room furniture. This ocean front unit on the fifth-floor is in a prime location with outstanding panoramic gulf front views. The front lanai is very private, it's just you, the white sandy beach and waves crashing the shoreline.
This spacious two bedroom / two bath vacation condo rental sleeps five and is ready for you and your family to enjoy the sunny island lifestyle.
Condo rates are based on 4 but this condo will sleep up to 5 with an additional fee per week.
Breathtaking views of the Gulf and Bay can be enjoyed from the three screened lanais, one off each bedroom and the living room. The living room has comfortable seating to enjoy while viewing the large flat screen SMART TV with DVD. The well-stocked kitchen is spacious with some extras to make your stay comfortable and there is a separate dining area with seating for 6. It's a wonderful place to enjoy a meal or even play games or cards in the evening. Additional seating on the living room Lanai is perfect for breakfast or lunch or evening sunsets with a glass of wine.
The primary bedroom sports a king size bed, its own small flat screen TV, large primary bath with double vanities and walk-in shower. Also, the private MB Lanai is perfect for some quiet time with a beautiful view. The guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed, a small tv, and private lanai. The guest bath has tub/shower combo.
A full-sized washer/dryer and free WiFi are provided in the condo for your convenience. All linens are provided, including beach towels.
Additionally, the living room has a SMART TV and Roku is provided for each of the TV's in the bedrooms. Condo parking is assigned and very close to the entrance which is very convenient.
Located on the quiet, South End of Fort Myers Beach, Island Winds is an exclusive beachfront community with a heated pool, hot tub, outdoor gas grills, fitness room, tennis/pickleball courts with reservations, shuffleboard, fire table and so much more!! You are close to shopping, restaurants, night spots, and marinas. Hop on the beach trolley to take you down the island to Times Square and The Pier.
Seven miles of white sandy beach and the refreshing blue waters on the Gulf of Mexico are just outside. Island Winds Condominiums are within walking distance of Santini Plaza, which has several restaurants, a coffee and ice cream shop, a farmers market several days a week in season and many other shops and stores to explore. Publix grocery store is less than two miles North and Lover's Key State Park with biking, kayaking and walking trails is less than 2 miles to the South. Truly a nature lovers paradise.

After a hectic October, including our daughters wedding, we needed a place to get away and relax for a little bit and boy did we find the right spot. The property and condo were wonderful as was the area. Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We had never been to Ft. Myers in October but we will be back. Next time for two weeks. Great weather, never a wait at a restaurant and the sunsets were spectacular. Thanks to the Newell’s.

Great relaxing stay

Great area with lots of relaxing events to participate in. The only negative is the road work and the pool / spa closing at 9pm. I love to night swim and that was something lost on this vacation.

The view, the beach and the condo

We had a great time. The five of us travel consistently and this was one of our favorites. We were close to restaurants, even though we cook the majority of our food. The view was exactly as pictured if not better. Access to the property was very simple. Litteraly beach front and a great time.
