Pompano's Inter-Coastal Paradise, a water lovers dream

Looking for the perfect waterfront vacation home? Well search no further because this fully renovated home is located in the sought after neighborhood of Pompano Isles has it all !! With a heated swimming pool that can be used year round, 75 ft of water frontage that has direct access to the open ocean with no fixed bridges, a brand new 12,000 lb. boat lift, 2 machine floating jet ski dock, paddle boards, kayaks. This house is made for water lovers !! The outside patio offers a dining table and chairs, couches, big screen tv, music, fire pit, grill.

The inside is fully renovated with all new furniture, bedding, couches, tv's, etc. The master suite with a king bed and its own bathroom also offers an extra room attached that can be used as a fourth bedroom if needed or a private tv room. It also has a slider that has direct access to the patio and pool area.
The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a trundle underneath that sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a trundle underneath that also sleeps 2 adults and 2 children.
The living room with its massive smart tv, has a sectional couch that turns into sleeper if needed to accommodate more guest.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make feast for you and your family, including a induction stovetop, blender, small coffee bar, Keurig , dishwasher, air fryer, etc.

Your only a 5 to10 min drive to all the best beaches in the area, Pompano's Beach Pier and some amazing restaurants located on the water!!

Great stay

We had an issue with the lock upon checking in, but the host was very responsive and super helpful in getting us into the property. We enjoyed the outdoor area the most. If you are a gourmet chef, the utensils in the kitchen were lacking a little but for our simple meals we had what we needed.

Great Vacation

Home beautiful and clean. House connected to canal that can be fished and can enjoy pool. Paddle board and inflatable canoe available. Home close to area attractions and beach. Did have issues with pool heater but was promptly addressed by owner.

We loved our stay here. The house is tastefully decorated and comfortable, we felt right at home. The pool is warm and the landscaping allowed us to relax in the backyard with some privacy while still allowng a nice view of the canal. The house had all the amenities we could want, everything we needed to enjoy our stay.The location was perfect, close to the beaches, airport, stores, and everything we wanted to do. The owner was kind and very responsive. We loved our time here and highly recommend it.

Wonderful escape to sunshine

Family and I were lucky enough to spend some time in Florida with some fantastic weather. The house was an amazing private oasis, the pool and back area are so private and quiet. Plenty of space for the teens, house has all the amenities you could possibly need.

We needed a place to unwind and be a peace after the hectic at the Nationals Taekwondo tournament held at Fort Lauderdale. It was close enough for us to hang out at the beach, shopping, and site see. Pompano beach home

Home is in a nice location for Pompano. Arrival was easy. There was someone’s jeep parked in the circle drive which threw us off but I guess it just gets stored in the drive. The home is very very pretty with nice furnishings and nicely laid out on the inside with two living rooms. Neighbors are quiet and there is a nice grill for cooking. It was pretty clean and we were very comfortable that week. The canal location was very good for fishing. We were a 10-15 min drive to both piers and things to do which was nice. There were somethings that probably need to be addressed though. There were pacifiers down next to the bed and the backyard and porches had leaves everywhere and all in the pool, and there was iguana droppings all around the pool decking which is to be expected for Florida, but my husband had to wash the pool decking off so we didn’t step in it trying to get into the pool. He also had to sweep everything off before we could sit out in the back and clean the pool. The water to the pool is very warm, the back door handle was laying on the kitchen counter, there weren’t any checkout instructions so I had to ask, and the main shower doesn’t drain. The Kayak pictured isn’t there and there is a blow up canoe instead which wasn’t ideal for our fishing. The issues were pretty minor in the grand scheme of things and the house was good, but just a few details that were a little annoying. I give it a 4.5 out of 5, but it could definitely be a 5 with a few tweaks.

Great Property/Great Location

Spring Break Trip for my family and friends of our daughters. Host was easy to communicate with and the property was exactly as advertised. Would absolutely rent again. Pompano Beach and Lauderdale-By-The-Sea are a short drive away as well as Publix and Target just down the road. The pool and outdoor living space was used most of every day and sitting on the canal having coffee every morning was the best way to start the day. Very comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Girls trip celebration

We had a wonderful stay @ Pompano's Inter-coastal Paradise. The home is located in a very central and great part of town, shopping close by, the beach only a short drive. But the pool and deck are awesome to hang out on. And if you have the opportunity to be on a boat, docking is easy and the intercoastal is minutes away. The patio was great for an outside dinner party and sunsets on the dock was a favorite. The interior of the home is decorated with a coastal resort vibe and it makes you feel like you are on vacation! The bedrooms are clean simple aesthetics and the master bedroom is so bright and pretty. We would definately rent again and it makes for a really great Girls Trip Getaway!

Nice area and pool, needs improvement

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. There were some drawbacks, however. I travelled to Pompano Beach with my wife, 2 children (age 2 and 6 months) and my parents, we stayed for 1 week. PRO's: 1. The property: it is exactly as listed, no surprises. 2. Pool: it was heated, and fenced off which is good for kids. We really enjoyed the pool. 3. Back patio: we spent most time outside. It was easy to do with the fence blocking off the pool, lots of shade and places to sit. 4. Paddleboards: there are 2 stored in the garage along with plenty of paddles. CON's: 1. Cleanliness: the house was tidy, but dirty. The floors were dirty, the bathrooms were dirty (hair and grime in the tub/shower), the pillows and blankets had stains and dirt on them. We spent the first day there scrubbing the place down. Not an ideal way to start your vacation. I advised the host of this and they didn't say much or apologize. 2. Communication: it is difficult to communicate with the host. They take an inordinate amount of time to respond (2 weeks to answer whether they had a pack and play or not, which mattered for our flight). 3. Instructions: or the lack of. Other than the code to check in they told us nothing. When is garbage day? Do we take it out? How do you use the pool heater? A pool cleaning company showed up one day and there were strangers in the back yard, we didn't know they were showing up. We enjoyed the area and hope the host can improve cleaning and communication.

Crisp, Clean and Friendly

Neighborhood is nice and this place stands out among the rest. Super clean, wife and daughters really liked the interior decor. Pool is great, fire pit was nice, beds/bath clean and comfy. Owner is super personable and available. Definitely coming back. Well done!
