This sophisticated and cosy apartment is located just a short tram ride away from Florence's historic center, situated perfectly between the airport and the city center. With a total of 5 beds, the house provides all essential amenities, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends seeking a peaceful escape in the beautiful city of Florence. Away from the hustle of the city center, the residence offers the convenience of nearby essential services, including green areas with children's play zones, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and the Novoli university campus.
The apartment is easily reachable by both public transport, thanks to the tramway stop right in front of the house, and by car, facilitated by the convenient shared parking available.

The residence spans approximately 70 square meters and occupies the third floor of a building equipped with an elevator and air conditioning. The living area includes a fully equipped eat-in kitchen that opens to a welcoming terrace through French doors. Additionally, there is a dining room featuring a dining table and a double sofa bed.

Moving to the sleeping area, there is one bedroom furnished with a double bed and a single bed. The accommodation also includes a full bathroom with a window and a separate service bathroom.

There is one area in particular that shows signs of that thriving city and it is the Florentine area, a territory that preserves marvelous Medici villas, a UNESCO heritage site, unique castles, abbeys, enchanted woods, delightful hills and precious museums. It is no coincidence that the Renaissance ring passes through these lands, an embrace around Florence that welcomes different locations, an itinerary to be covered on foot or by bicycle through artfully made landscapes.

The capital is notoriously a treasure trove of priceless treasures, which are not exhausted in the majestic Renaissance works, but can be breathed in all the museum spaces, in the gardens, in the small squares, in the contemporary art exhibitions and in the numerous festivals which throughout the year animate the city. Diving into the Uffizi and the Museo dell'Opera del Duomo is one of the most beautiful experiences to have if you are an art lover and a walk in the Boboli Gardens is a continuous discovery, among fountains, sculptures and tree-lined avenues.
