It includes three TVs, a washer/dryer, and a gas grill for outdoor BBQs. The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, stove, and is set up to accommodate large gatherings, ensuring there's plenty of space for everyone to come together and enjoy meals.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fully stocked Large House!

House was able to accommodate all 11 of us. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. Only 2 bathrooms made it a little tricky at time but we made it work. I already miss waking up to the amazing views!

Wonderful Gathering Place

Perfect large group home. Excellent view, close to beach. Well appointed kitchen. Plenty of blankets and seating to make it cozy. Easy beach access. Worked very well for our large family holiday gathering. Highly recommend.

Great home with huge gathering area for our family

This house was well described in the listing and perfect for our family's needs. Great open gathering area with great ocean view thru the beach side houses. We loved it. The grill was a bit dated and looked used, but not a big deal. The garbage situation outside was an issue. Not big enough of a can, and a bear was causing issues with the cans on the street.

There were a few (electrical) maintenance issues that need to be addressed, so I've emailed the host about those. But this did not keep us from enjoying our time there. It is a lovely space and we would stay there again.

Wonderful coast vacation

We have stayed at this place a few times over the years, and keep coming back to it as one of our favorites. We love the open layout of the top floor, giving lots of space for visiting and playing games. The "window wall" gives a great view of the ocean. It was pretty difficult to get in touch with the homeowner, but that's the fault of the VRBO process, not theirs. It would be nice if they made that easier. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Beach front sanctuary

The pictures on the listing do not do this place justice. The ocean views are breathtaking and the many huge windows in the ocean facing side ensure you get to enjoy the view wherever you are. The house was big but homey and comfortable and accommodated our family get together perfectly. There is a very well stocked kitchen, more than ample sitting spaces. There are games and blankets and plenty of towels. We wanted for nothing!! The house was clean, the beds were comfy!! The host was incredible and gracious! I can’t wait to stay again!

All the bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs. When you enter the second floor the first thing you notice is the spectacular view, spacious kitchen and great balcony. We would stay again and again.

Catching up after 23 years!

This house is AMAZING! The views from the BIG room were really magnificent! The balcony was a nice place to hear and view the ocean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we used it to cook the wonderful fresh seafood we found downtown. We loved the bedroom situation and there is so much room! I loved that it was dog-friendly and kid-friendly. I loved walking down to the beach which was an easy 5 min stroll. Beach access is literally down the street. We loved paddle boarding on Munsel Lake! Go do it! it is a BEAUTIFUL lake to paddle! We jumped in the ocean and had a little bond fire on the beach. We really enjoyed the local pizza/bar Jerry's just down the road. The mini-mart at the RV park was handy also. We went to the lighthouse and sea caves and sand dunes and downtown. We loved the Crab Shack chowder down on the marina. The home is a perfect place for a large family or friends to come together and just hang out! I want to make this an annual trip and will be booking this home again.

Great house

The view was spectacular and enjoyed by all. Even the kids kept saying ocean, water, etc. The house was very well stocked and clean. Our family spent the evenings around the table playing cards. Good location to the beach and other activities. Shopping close by. Jayme was wonderful throughout the rental process and even when we got there. Yes, parking is tight, but we made do. I recommend the house. Thank you Jayme for all your help and communication.

Great place for large family gathering

We had family from Oregon, Ohio, Florida, and Wyoming all travel to this house and we had a wonderful time here. Plenty of space to spread out, relax, play card games etc. the view is wonderful. Short walk to the beach. Host was communicative and check-in was super easy. Don’t miss the heceta head lighthouse if you come here.
