We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Étretat, this charming house of city to 200 meters of the beach, of a surface of 47 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 22 m², an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels provided, we are waiting for you!

The flat is very bright with a western exposure and is composed as follows:

On the ground floor :
- A living room of 22 m² with TV, sofa and dining area for 4 guests.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower and WC.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a dressing room.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds and a wardrobe.

The house is ideally located in the centre of Étretat, in a very pleasant environment, 200 metres from the beach and 100 metres from the market. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
