Relax and feel the fresh coastal breeze from the oversized sun deck, 4 teak rockers, and two NEW TEAK Adirondack chairs. In the cooler seasons, open the two french doors and enjoy the coastal breezes.

Oversized private hot/cold outdoor shower is great for rinsing off from the day at the beach.

Single-level floor plan with three bedrooms: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed with access to a shared bath. Bedroom #3 has a Twin/Double Bunk set with access to a shared bath.

The kitchen has an oversized french-door refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 4 slice toaster, and dishwasher. Keurig and a Mr. Coffee 12 cup coffee maker.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No Fee! Please note that if more than two dogs are found to be staying at the property, guests will need to pay an additional $375 + Tax Pet Fee per dog. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
