The spacious villa is ideal for 4 persons. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a full-size bed, the other one with 2 single beds, with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, 1 bathroom en suite (with bathtub), 1 bathroom with shower, a beautiful lounge with dining area and fireplace and a fully fitted kitchen with dish washer, large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Both from outside and from the living room you have access to several terraces, all of them uncovered and a glazed terrace. Outside you can enjoy the beautiful views and the private pool. The beautiful garden is also a perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
 
The villa is equipped with TDT TV and French TV, air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms, washing machine, dishwasher, Internet, paella pan for making paellas, gas radiators for the winter in the whole house. There is also a private parking with Carpot and possibility to park 2 vehicles.
The ancient village Pego, with several stores and supermarkets, is at only 10 minutes driving (7 km), Denia at 20 km. Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, different sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Monte Pego is situated half way between Valencia and Alicante, both airports can be reached within 1 hour 10 minutes.For long term stays (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore additional charges may apply, such as Wifi, water, gas and electricity according to consumption.
