Austrian luxury villa with pool/outdoor fire pit

Our luxury home is situated in Ebenthal, Austria, just 15 minutes from the center of Klagenfurt, the capital of Carinthia (Kärnten). This region is the southernmost part of the eastern Austrian Alps, with the renowned Lake Wörtersee located within a 20-minute drive from the property.
The spacious layout of the home allows you and your guests to either spread out or gather together in the large family room, which features an open fireplace. A private heated saltwater pool is available for your enjoyment from June through September, depending on weather conditions.
Our Bergheim (mountain home) is nestled in the picturesque region of Carinthia, known for its stunning alpine lakes, mountains, and historical sites such as Hochosterwitz Castle. The setting is tranquil, offering fresh mountain air and friendly neighbors. You can easily walk to a nearby village to purchase fresh eggs, butter, bread, and sausages. With a reliable GPS, you can explore numerous interesting places and activities throughout the year.
The interior of the home has been professionally designed to provide comfort, featuring a chic alpine style blended with American grandeur. As our guest, you will have access to the large family room, all terraces, the pool, and the full guest side of the home, while our private side will be blocked off during your stay. The layout of the home is well-documented in the provided pictures.
We will personally check you in and are available to answer any questions you may have. Both English and German are spoken. The area is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes.
For your convenience, the main train station is just 10 minutes away, Klagenfurt Airport (KLU) is 20 minutes away, and both Ljubljana, Slovenia (LJU) and Graz, Austria (GRZ) airports are within an hour's drive. Please note that a 4WD vehicle is recommended during the deep winter months.
