Nestled on the shores of Eagle River's Meta Lake, this five-bedroom stunner boasts private water access and a host of outdoor amenities including water toys and lawn features. Winter guests will enjoy the snowmobile trails available two miles from the home.

Swim and fish from the private pier or launch one of the two kayaks, paddleboard, or canoe from the sandy beach for a leisurely lake cruise. The water trampoline is also sure to be a group favorite. Make the most of summer days with backyard barbecues using the gas grill out on the deck. After enjoying a meal at one of the two outdoor dining tables, head down to the wood-burning firepit for s'mores and starlight conversation. A breezy screened porch makes a perfect spot for morning coffee or happy hour hosting.

The open-concept main floor welcomes group gatherings with soaring cathedral ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling-window display showcasing stunning outdoor views. A river rock fireplace and plush sectional offer cozy comfort for movie nights on the smart TV and the sleek, stainless steel kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of appliances for handling family-style meal prep with ease. The kitchen island offers breakfast bar seating for three and the dining table can accommodate up to eight. The downstairs living room offers two sofas and a smart TV for flexible entertainment and convenience. Added perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the ground floor. A single bedroom and a full bathroom can be found on the main floor. Two bedrooms and a third full bathroom are located upstairs. The loft landing also comes furnished as an additional sleeping area.

There is no public boat launch but the Eagle River chain is close by with public access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
