After picking up keys at a nearby market, we tried following instructions to enter parking garage to find designated space to no avail. After numerous attempts we finally made it into garage and apartment. Upon entering we were met with a very musty smell. Inspection of apartment lead to numerous issues of unclean, moldy, and in need of repair. There were large dirty stains on the carpets. There was damp laundry in the dryer. The refrigerator was dirty and frosted over. Most of the walls were stained. The bathroom trims were dirty, moldy or missing. One bathroom sink had standing water. It was so disappointing, as the descriptions and photos were quite deceiving. After a phone call to the property owner telling him the issues he assured us that he would refund. As of 11/2025 a refund has not been received.
