• DOG RULES - MAX of 2 dogs is allowed; there is a $100 pet fee per dog, and you will be liable for damages. Please inquire with us for more details before booking. Keep pets off of the beds and furniture. Yard cleanup - *BAGS ARE PROVIDED* - Please pick up after your pet by disposing of any waste into the trash bin before you checkout from the property. A $50 fee will be incurred if the yard is not picked up. If an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $1000 fine will be incurred.
• The living room fireplace is non-operational and not available for use.
