    Welcome to "Beach Blessings"! Daufuskie Island is tucked in between Hilton Head Island, SC and Tybee Island, GA.. There is “NO BRIDGE” to Daufuskie Island and we like it that way! You will start your adventure with a choice of a private water taxi or ferry to the island. The land transportation is included in your package that will take you round trip to the home and back to the Daufuskie Embarkation. To get around the island you will need to rent golf cart or bikes to start exploring. We can assist you with these services.

    This place has got it going on right from the time you walk in the door. Spacious, convenient, and away from it all, and the place is decorated really nicely just look at the pictures that I have provided. Featuring all the privacy of a personal home, with complete access to all that Daufuskie Island offers- eco tours, dining and days of endless activities and adventures. This vacation home is self-contained and fully equipped with Smart TV's throughout the home, just log into your own apps with our Fiber Optic WIFI. The Screened porch is overlooking the 11th fairway and very peaceful to enjoy your coffee or special beverage at the end of the day.

    Beach Blessings is comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, Breakfast Nook, washer and dryer, large dining area has seating for 7ppl and with a large living room area, fresh linens (including beach towels). Sleeping arrangements are The Master Bedroom(Queen) and ensuite bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms(Queen) with private ensuite bathrooms and in the bonus room a single bed. This one story home sleeps 7 ppl comfortably.. Book today and make some great memories on Daufuskie Island!

    Our experience from start to finish was a dream! We were promptly picked up by the property manager and provided with insights to the island area. The home was extremely clean and welcoming. Our family of five had plenty of room to play, relax, grill, and enjoy this lovely home and property. I highly recommend this home for young families looking for a safe and kid friendly vacation. It had everything we needed and Susan was easy to work with. We would love another vacation at this home.

    The house & location were fine BUT there are NO SERVICES on the island & NO Welcome Basket. We had no water , no coffee, no snacks. There is a liquor store ! BRING FOOD,, TOILETRIES & your Necessities!

    Great week on Daufuskie
    Was not sure what to expect but were very pleased with our time on the island. The house was comfortable, quiet and centrally located to explore Daufuskie. Thursday happy hour at D’Fuskies and Friday afternoon at the Crab Co were perfect. Great food, great atmosphere and live music helped us get back up to speed with the pending reintro to the real world.

    Roaches and bed bugs ruined vacation!!!
    The house was absolutely beautiful when my family and I walked in so I was happy. I showed my husband and kids the house online so when we arrived that night everyone was like "Mom great job". The next day we were ready to explore the island and have fun. Later on that night we grilled on the deck and noticed a huge Palmetto bug in the house...that we expected because we were on an island and they follow water. A little while later we began to notice very small bugs running up the walls, all over the front door, in the kitchen and a few in the kids beds after my daughter screamed to the top of her lungs and nearly broke her neck running. She screamed "Mom this lady has roaches in her house". I thought to myself "No way, it was pretty clean. Except for the towels...there were hairs on them". However, the roaches were running rampant OMG! We were spraying them with bug spray like it was the old west. Later on that night my son came into the room complaining it felt like something was biting him. I thought it was mosquito bites from our trips around the island. Every day my kids had more and more "mosquito bites". The trip became unbearable but we didn't want to lose the thousands of dollars that we paid. The German roaches were so bad that they were all over the trash can and front porch. My husband noticed the front porch had a little rot and said roaches will follow rot and make nests in it. I do believe this woman is aware of the bugs because she or the cleaning company had several cans of bug spray in the house. When we contacted her about where things were located in the house she didn't know...she stated that she didn't know what "they" (cleaning co) did. Why isn't she examining these homes that are being rented? I wish you could put up pictures on VRBO because you could see my families bed bug bites, and the pictures of the roaches!! Also her ad says that she pays for ground transportation. $400 dollars later she never paid for anything after stating a waiver had to be completed which it was...A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! The island was beautiful...but you have to catch a ferry to the mainland to get food and it stops running early. Overall very disappointed...and she still hasn't responded to us contacting her!

    Amazing house in the heart of the island
    Was our first time to the island and this house exceeded all expectations. Perfect location, Susan was easy to get a hold of and answered all of our questions. The house is huge, clean and has a bunch of bedrooms and would be perfect for an even bigger group the next time we visit. This being our first Daufuskie trip, my advice would be to please not ignore everything saying there are no grocery stores on the island because there legitimately are not. Pack more than you think you need and know you're trading the convenience of other vacation spots for actual seclusion and slow vibes for the perfect getaway.

    Perfect getaway
    This was our first time on Daufuskie and everyone really enjoyed it. Not touristy, just laid back, island life. The house was awesome. Plenty of room for the kids to run around. Also really enjoyed sitting on the front porch with my coffee and a book in the mornings. Highly recommend this property and location.

    Will be back!
    We enjoyed our time on the island. This house layout was great for our family. The kids had their own section of the house with their own bathrooms which made everything more convenient. The only downfall which was addressed to the property manager was the noise of the air conditioning unit. The unit sits just outside the master Bedroom and is loud when compressor turns on and off. The location of the house was also great. Central to all things on the island.
