Step inside our beautifully remodeled home and discover a space designed for comfort and style. Our 1,551-square-foot house offers a layout that is both functional and inviting, ensuring a perfect stay for you and your group.
Living Room: Relax in the spacious and modern living room, featuring a beautiful tray ceiling with indirect lighting, comfortable seating, and a large smart TV for your entertainment. This TV has Roku for streaming services, you will just need your own login credentials for your favorite streaming apps!
Modern Kitchen: The heart of the home, our fully-equipped kitchen will have you feeling right at home! It boasts sleek stone countertops, a large center island with a breakfast bar, a coffee bar, and brand new LG stainless steel appliances. You'll find everything you need to prepare meals, from the refrigerator and range to the microwave and dishwasher, all complemented by a convenient walk-in pantry. The kitchen is also stocked with coffee (Keurig and regular pot coffee). You will have access to pods, ground coffee, sweeteners, creamers, and to go cups for your convenience! If you wish to have specialty creamers, please bring your favorites with you to enjoy!
Bedrooms (3):
Primary Suite: The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a luxurious tray ceiling, a large king-size bed, and a TV. It includes a spacious walk-in closet for all your belongings and an elegant en-suite bathroom. The bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash, or you are welcomed to bring your own! The TV that is hung on the wall has Amazon Fire TV installed, you will simply need your own login credentials to enjoy your favorite streaming apps!
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom features a queen bed. It also has a full sized work desk so you can comfortably work remote during your stay! The side of the desk has USB chargers for your convenience. There is also a charging cube by the night stand on the left side of the bed, which allows for additional plugs and charging for all of your favorite devices. The TV is on a dresser/stand, and has Amazon Fire TV installed, you will simply need your own login credentials to enjoy your favorite streaming apps!
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom features a full sized bed, and also has a twin trundle underneath the bed to accommodate another person to sleep. You will find bedding to include sheets and blankets and a pillow for the trundle in a labeled bin in the bedroom closet. There is also a charging cube by the night stand on the left side of the bed, which allows for additional plugs and charging for all of your favorite devices. The TV is on a dresser/stand, and has Roku TV installed, you will simply need your own login credentials to enjoy your favorite streaming apps!
Bathrooms (2):
The primary en-suite bath features a double-sink vanity with quartz countertops and a separate shower with a frameless glass door (no bath tub). This bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash, though of course you can bring your own! There is no hair dryer, so please bring one if you need it.
The second full bathroom has also been completely remodeled with a new vanity and fixtures for a fresh, clean feel. This bathroom has a full sized tub/shower, and includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash, though of course you can bring your own! There is no hair dryer, so please bring one if you need it.
Laundry Room: We provide a dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use during your stay. There are laundry pods and dryer sheets provided for your convenience!
Outdoor Space: Step out to the large, private backyard and relax on the patio area or enjoy the fire pit and adirondack chairs. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evenings, surrounded by mature trees and a serene atmosphere. Enjoy the birds chirping, hummingbirds, and our resident gorgeous hawk that lives in the large tree over the house, we call him Hank the Hawk!
There is a cornhole set in the garage that you may use any time during your stay! Please set it up in the spacious driveway rather than on the grass.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home, including all 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. You are welcome to use all the common areas, including the spacious living room, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and the convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Enjoy the beautiful Texas weather in the large, private backyard and on the decomposed granite patio. The home offers a full range of comfort and privacy for your stay.
You will also have access to the two designated parking spots on the driveway, as well as curbside parking in front of the home. We simply ask that you respect the property and our neighbors during your stay.
Other things to note:
For a variety of family board games, dominoes and cards, please look in the blue cabinet in the family room! Please enjoy, we just ask that they be neatly put away after use!
There are two sleeper couches/chairs in the living room that can accommodate 3:
Gray sleeper couch: The gray couch facing the large window in the living room is a full sized sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. You will find the bedding for this sleeper in the hall closet by the front door. The bedding is in a bin labeled "sleeper sofa full bedding," and includes sheets, blanket and 2 pillows.
Gray sleeper chair: The dark gray chair in the living room is actually a twin-sized sleeper sofa/chair! It will comfortably sleep 1 adult. You will find the bedding for this sleeper in the hall closet by the front door. The bedding is in a bin labeled "Gray Chair Sleeper Twin Bedding," and includes sheets, blanket and pillow.
The kitchen is stocked with a full set of dishes, plates, bowls, glasses, service for at least 8. It is also stocked with baking sheets and pans, mixing bowls, a blender, and most basics that you would find in a standard kitchen! If you have suggestions for things we did not have on hand that you would have liked during your stay, please send us a message as we would like to have items that people will use that will enhance their stay with us!
