Welcome to our home with a POOL and 7 person HOT TUB!!! Perfect for every season of the year. An amazing combination of spectacular outdoor amenities, including a huge backyard with a swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, dining table and a fire pit; and indoor comfort and FUN, featuring a massive game room, comfortable bedrooms with office spaces and a beautiful balcony.

Our house max is 12 guests and anyone coming to the home counts towards that total regardless of who is staying the night.

Watch the big game or your favorite movie in our spacious living room with a 65" smart TV with access to streaming services + a comfortable sectional couch, a beautifully decorated photo wall and unique seating: egg chairs, a super comfortable bean bag, and 2 hanging hammock chairs.

Enjoy meals and get-togethers with friends & family in our large kitchen complete with a 10 person table plus bar seating.

Plus, take in some fresh air and unique photos on the second floor balcony.

Sleeping arrangements:

First floor:
- 1 bedroom with 1 full size bunk bed (sleeps 4).
- 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed.
- 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed.
- 1 couch in the living room.

Second floor:
- 1 bedroom with 2 full size bunk beds (sleeps 8). Full and private bathroom attached.

Up to 2 pets are allowed for a flat fee of $80 and must be preapproved before your stay.

Enjoy a full kitchen with: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig, cooking ware, plates, cups & utensils.

We don't allow more than 12 guests, even if they're not staying the night. No exceptions.

We cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this home due to the time it takes us to clean it after each guest.

You'll have 100% privacy inside this home and the check-in process is fully automated.

Parking: we have a private driveway that will fit 6 cars. Ample street parking is also available.

Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and a whole lot more.

Our home is conveniently located less than 1 mile away from Claremont Village, an open-air retail center with grocery, shopper-favored retailers, services and fast-food restaurants, as well as many other shopping centers in the area.

About 1 mile away from Saint Francis Park and Lakeland Hills Park! With outdoor spaces, playgrounds and even a skate park with ramps and obstacles for skateboarding!

Enjoy a relaxing afternoon at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, only less than 2 miles away from our home!

And when it comes to nightlife, our home is less than 15 min away from Lower Greenville, a pedestrian-friendly area that has always been a hotspot for Dallas nightlife, it features plenty of new restaurants and bars, as well as Deep Ellum, especially famous for its arts and live music venues near downtown in East Dallas.
