Located on a quiet, paved road in the heart of North Georgia wine country, this two-bedroom, Boho Mountain Getaway has it all with both stunning mountain views and serene waterfront.

This listing is only for the main floor: 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The lower level has an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom but will be locked off and not rented during your stay. Everything listed and pictured in the listing is available to you.

The primary bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. The guest bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and its own bathroom.

Be sure to take advantage of the spacious decks and hot tub during your stay!

Hike down to the waterfront for some fishing or swimming, as this property is right on the Chestatee River: there's a deep fishing hole just off the bank. The Chestatee is a Trophy Trout River, so be sure to bring your fishing gear!

Property Notes:
- This listing is only available for certain dates in order to give priority to the full home listing.
- This listing does not include the additional bedrooms on the lower level. This will be locked off during your stay, but if for whatever reason guests access this space, they will be charged an additional $200 per night and additional $100 cleaning fee.
- There is about 350 feet of trails and stairs to access the river. We think it's worth the journey, but it's not for the faint of heart, and you won't be able to bring a kayak or canoe down (tubing/swimming/fishing - no problem).
- The garage area is for laundry only and is not set up for guest parking.
- There is ample parking for up to 6 vehicles. No trailers, campers or RV's without approval.
- The woodstove is available for use but is difficult to get a fire started in, so use is not recommended. We do not provide firewood.

Important things to know:
• Dogs are allowed with criteria and pet fee. No more than 2 trained dogs. Please keep your dog(s) secured in a crate when nobody is home. Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $85 plus tax per pet. If you've added dogs to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional dogs after booking. Please inquire before booking if you have more than 4 dogs.
• There is a $27 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $500 in accidental damages, if guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $500 will be charged to the guest's.
• Our cabin has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig & we provide both types of coffee.
• We do not provide firewood but it can be purchased at any of the local gas stations or grocery stores.
• We have a charcoal grill, but we do not provide charcoal.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available- if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $20 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you 2 days out from your stay
