Immerse yourself in the local attractions, whether it's exploring downtown Cocoa Beach, visiting the Kennedy Space Center, or taking a cruise from nearby Port Canaveral. Then unwind with a drink on your deck, soaking in the views, tranquil ambiance and free ocean breeze.
This unique home was converted from 2 attached townhouses to a single-family residence. Your suite is essentially one half of the entire third floor of the home.
The landscaping consists of beautiful tropical foliage set on land made up of crushed coquina and large quarry stones. There you'll find 4 different species of palms, giant white birds of paradise and the colorful and fragrant plumeria (frangipani).
Your suite (1/2 of the entire third floor) has a large open living area with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower surrounded by glass block. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer are also provided. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a large closet. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
The suite comes equipped with a smoke alarm and a carbon monoxide alarm.
In the kitchenette you'll find a microwave. an air fryer/toaster oven, a coffee maker, and a blender for those iced tropical drinks after a day on the beach.
Artwork by well-known tropical painter, Trip Harrison, is placed throughout your suite.
Beach chairs, two bicycles, boogie boards. rafts and coolers are provided. E-bikes may be rented at Ron Jons, a mile away. Two outdoor showers are provided after your day at the beach.
