Worth the stay! Big, clean bed, plentiful linens, cozy atmosphere. Wasn’t clear on how to access the fitness center and other listed amenities not located in the room or that the room was attached to a house where people were living. Wish drinking water had been provided but these things didn’t detract from the use of the room. Felt private enough and has off-street parking. Would stay again.

Chris is a great host who is always available with anything you might need. The room is well kept and fill with many things to help accommodate you during your stay. Not only is it spacious but has everything from a kitchen sink to a small computer desk. It was a great experience and would definitely stay again!

Was a little unclear of which driveway to park in at first, but we figured it out, and the owner got back with us within minutes of asking. Property listed weight room and laundry (I believe). We didn’t utilize, so unable to rate, but I’m also not clear of where it was. The day we arrived was HOT, and the room was pretty warm. It was air conditioned, I believe it was just because it was hot overall. The room was comfy- the bed was big and the pillows and bed were so comfy. I felt that parking was ok, and vehicles were safe where we were able to park. Overall- would stay again. Owner was nice and returned messages.

I spent a couple of days there, basically everything is fine, despite the fact that initially there were problems with entering the house, this problem was solved (I think this is not constant and other visitors will not have this problem). The area is really quiet, there is also a small store near the house. The owner is quite friendly and responsive, everything was in the house, but he could not turn on the TV, I hope this problem will be solved and in the future no one will encounter this problem again. In general, I am grateful for the hospitality and if I return to Cleveland again, I will prefer this accommodation again. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time in an interesting place. POSITIVE: Plenty of space, plentiful hot water, first-rate shower-head, basic snack set up with frig, microwave, a big sink area (but with one sink out-of-commission), a comfortable bed, TV, and off-street parking. BUT: Almost nothing is new and you have to co-exist with some supplies like (a mountain of fresh) towels. There is useable desk space, plenty of chairs for a couple, lots of kitchen hardware including a coffee pot with LOTS of coffee, but no range. Just study the pictures and that's what the room looks like. The neighborhood is interesting with several bars and convenience stores with lots of alcohol but the people I met were friendly. We will be happy to stay here again.

Not as expected

The title implies the room is part of a prestigious reputable hotel conglomerate, including the word “suite” which always implies a separate room for a bed/couch. Sometimes apartments are purchased privately and rented out. This description “Presidential suite” could be further from the truth. The initial view of the property is a garage without a door piled with unsightly property, and a gate with a stretch cable to keep it closed, instead of a proper latch. The house is in poor repair. The entry to this apartment consisted of unevenly placed slate tiles which were not level. The yard and area around the house, was not mown like other homes in the area. The room is mismatched odd pieces, and not inviting. The bed was very low to the ground, which could be a problem for some. The sheets were stained. One of the sinks in the “kitchen” area was taped with a big black x on it- DO NOT USE! The bathroom was functional. My first thought was to not stay, but I knew we would not be able to get a refund, and as it did appear clean, although not at all pleasant, I resolved to stay. I feel compelled to share this information with others via this review. Unlike others, who said the communication was good, I had to ask for check in information an hour before we were due to arrive. His comment was you’re not supposed to arrive till four. He sent the information at 4:15.

Exactly as described

My husband and I both agreed that the room was exactly as described. It really was perfect for just the two of us. The bed is SO comfy! We booked it because it has a fitness room included. The neighborhood is quiet, and we were central all the places that we needed to get to for the week. The host was responsive to our messages, and we appreciated some of the details, like the bottles of water in the mini fridge. Would recommend!

Great Place To Stay!

From start to finish a great 1st experience with VRBO. We just needed a place to stay while we visited the house from A Christmas Story and The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and this was perfect! Very secure with camera's, parking literally right outside the door, and easy access to the 2 keys in the lockbox. One that opened the locks on the storm door and one that opened the main door. The smell hits you as soon as you step in. A wonderful smell of CLEAN!! There wasn't a part of the room or bathroom that was dirty. We were very impressed!! Big comfortable bed with lots of extra blankets and sheets and towels, kitchen sink with enough room to fix some leftovers, microwave and small fridge were perfect. The bathroom was absolutely spotless and there were multiple sample sizes of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in case you forgot your own. Large TV with Roku and fast wifi, I was able to watch a movie on my tablet. Quiet neighborhood, the only time we saw anyone was at mini mart a few blocks away, which was very convenient. Should we ever be in the area in the future we would stay again. Great communication with the owner and so much better than a hotel room. Thanks!

Not a place I would ever stay

Upon arriving, I just had a bad feeling about the neighborhood, etc. I sent the host a message telling him I didn't feel safe there and was going to go to a hotel. When you arrive at the location it's too late to cancel for a refund. I booked the room for three nights, told him to keep the first nights rent and please refund me the next two nights. HIs response was that I was "profiling" the neighborhood and he wouldn't consider any refund because of that. I want to make a suggestion to anyone who might want to books this room, go ahead and book it so you can get the address, then before the deadline to get your money back go to the Ohio Sex Offenders database and put in the address.... I think you will find it very helpful and interesting and maybe save you some heartache. I give this a one star and would give it less if I could

Perfect for traveling to Cleveland clinic

The place was just as described and clean. We couldn’t get the room very cool but we were really only there in evening. It was an easy 15 minutes to Cleveland Clinic. Will definitely stay again on my upcoming trips to the clinic.
