Featuring a sit-to-stand desk next to the dining area, comfy beds to crawl into after a long day, and other thoughtful extras, this space offers the perfect work from home environment.

Walk only a few minutes from your villa and find yourself with your toes in the sand, listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. We stocked a wagon in your home with beach day necessities like beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and a few more fun items.

Regarding pets, pet fees are $75 + $15/each pet/per night. We would be happy to charge the card on file, those fees will be processed by Distinguished Stays the day before your stay. We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained :) You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. Thank you!

If you happen to need additional accommodations, ask about our sister properties in this quadplex. Please note this unit is not air conditioned; however, we do provide multiple standing oscillating fans which keep the space comfortable in warmer weather.

Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 4 standard and 5 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.
