Full of Sunshine House, Modern, Waterfront w/ Beautiful Heated Pool

We are pleased to welcome you to this newly built vacation villa. It has a sunny yellow façade in Caribbean style on the outside and a modern design on the inside.
In the spacious outdoor area you can let your soul dangle. The dining table and lounge corner are covered. Even in case of a rain shower you can sit relaxed. For sunbathing, sunshades and beach towels are at your disposal, so all you need to pack is a swimsuit, shorts, T-shirt and flip-flops. The pool is electrically heated. Enjoy the wonderful view over the pool and over the dock to a wide opening bend of a fresh water canal. If you appreciate the privacy that a wide channel on the house provides, then Villa Little Diamond is the place for you. The lemon tree growing in the garden is perfect for snacking.
An open, light-flooded living, kitchen and dining area forms the inner centre of the house. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with long counter, bar chairs and granite surfaces. Should you find time to watch TV during your Florida vacation, the 75″ flat screen in the Living-Area will surely inspire you.
The master suite with pool access has a king-size bed, 2 walk-in closets and a large bathroom with 2 washstands, walk-in shower, bathtub and separate toilet.
Both guest bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed) have a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom with king bed has access and a magnificent view of the pool. All bedrooms are equipped with a 65″ TV.
The house has an alarm system which can be used on request.
For a drive to the beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island, beach chairs and umbrellas can be taken along, which are available in the garage.
In the laundry you will find a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The Villa Little Diamond is only a few minutes drive from supermarkets and restaurants. The Cape Harbour Marina, popular with tourists and locals alike, is also within easy reach. Here you will find small shops, 2 restaurants, a bar and a café as well as a charming marina from which boat tours can be started. Live music is offered here every Tuesday under the open sky.
