Set on the barrier banks near Cape Charles, this one-of-a-kind property invites you to explore, experience, and enjoy the outdoors like never before. Whether you're bringing kids, grandkids, boats, bikes, tents, or even a camper—there’s space, freedom, and fun waiting for everyone.

There’s plenty of parking available for trucks, boats, and trailers. Guests will find ample space along the side of the house, plus over an acre of backyard that backs right up to the marina/boat dock—perfect for those bringing extra vehicles or watercraft.

Inside the cottage, you’ll find comfortable sleeping arrangements for 11 guests, plus a large dining area that’s perfect for serving up big family-style meals. The game room keeps the excitement going with ping pong, air hockey, and foosball, while the living room turns into a cornhole arena for friendly indoor competition.

Step outside, and the options are endless. Head to the open field to enjoy softball, soccer, set up the net and play volleyball or badminton. There's space to set up tents, park a camper, and enjoy evenings by the fire pit under the stars— we believe in building memories, not limitations.

Just across the harbor, cast a line for fishing or crabbing, or bring your boat or yacht and anchor right in the harbor. From there, you can launch your own expedition to explore the barrier islands, collect seashells, and even claim your own private stretch of beach. A scenic trail leads you to the water’s edge, where you can watch the sunset melt into the bay or see the moon shimmering on the surface.
