This immaculate condo overlooks the Caribbean from its wall-to-wall windows and private roof deck. With 2 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths, generous living spaces and stylish finishes, you’ll enjoy a perfect setting for relaxing by the sea.

Enjoy dining and lounging in the generously-sized living/dining area graced by floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that lead out to a spacious terrace overlooking the courtyard, pool area and blue Caribbean beyond.

The spacious master suite features a wall of windows overlooking the sea, a king bed, and an en suite bath. The sunny second bedroom is welcoming and has its own en suite bath as well.

What really sets this condo apart is the private roof deck, which has a shaded seating area, loungers for sitting in the sun, wet bar, outdoor shower and half bath. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee — watching the sun rise over the Caribbean- or evening cocktail watching the sunset.

Palma Real is a 15-unit, 3-storey gated complex at the south end of the charming fishing village of Puerto Morelos. It is beautifully maintained, with on-site staff and security, off-street parking, a courtyard with quiet pool, hot tub, and a stretch of Caribbean beach right out front!

Palma Real's location near the federal port means that our beach is peaceful and free of local vendors.

Full disclosure: in some years or seasons, the sargassum (seaweed) on our beach and on the beach in town can be off-putting and interfere with our enjoyment of the oceanfront. This can and does change overnight, in either direction. You can research sargassum levels on websites which are updated daily.

Puerto Morelos is the hidden jewel of the Mayan Riviera and is well known for its wide, white beaches, vibrant town center and restaurant scene, charming shops and local artisans. It is just 15 minutes south of the Cancun International Airport and approximately 25 minutes north of Playa del Carmen.

Our condo is 1km from Puerto Morelos- just a 10-minute walk. Stroll in for dinner in one of Puerto Morelos's delicious restaurants and take a $3-$4 cab ride home from town. If you prefer to cook in the condo's gourmet kitchen or bbq on the terrace, there is a large, American-style supermarket located right downtown where you can stock up on groceries, wine and beer, and prepared meals to take home.

We will put you in touch with our property manager close to your arrival. She can offer assistance with transportation from the airport and answer any questions you may have about the condo or Puerto Morelos. She will be available during your stay to recommend tours and activities, rent bicycles, or book services.

Paradise

Palma Real is a quiet, lovely condo complex, just a short walk from amazing restaurants, a great grocery store, and shopping. The condo is beautiful, well-equipped, and even has a roof top deck. The condo manager, Mercedes, was always just a text away. Awesome vacation!

Beautiful Ocean View

Mercedes & Gustavo were very responsive & helpful with taxi suggestions etc. Although the property is south of the port, and not in a neighborhood, taxi service to town was only 50-60 pesos. Enjoyed the golf cart rental. Beautiful & immaculate pool & area. Children were allowed on property although the listings says they are not.

Fun times!

We had a great time staying here! We rented the golf cart named Fridia and used it everyday we were there. The condo is beautiful and very clean. There is an elevator so we had no problem getting our sfuff up to the 3rd floor. This unit has a private outdoor patio on the roof. We have great views. Our host was very helpful with anything we needed.

The perfect beach condo

The unit was just as advertised, Mercedes was a big help with checking us in and making sure everything went smooth. She also helped with renting a car for a couple days, Renting the golf cart and arranging transportation from the airport. The complex is great. Not a lot of people so we had the pool mostly to ourselves. We will be back.

Relaxation at its finest!!

We just returned from a month long stay at this beautiful property! If you are looking for a nice, relaxing place to stay then this is the place for you. The property itself is exactly as pictured. It has a lovely heated pool and hot tub that we used many times! A huge shout out to the property manager, Mercedes! She was fabulous to work with and took very good care of us! The only down side to this property was the beach (which is no ones fault) The property itself was perfect!!

Great place. Loved our vacation.

We absolutely loved this property and would stay here again. The kitchen was well-stocked, everything was spotless, and everything we needed was provided. The view from the property is amazing, especially from the rooftop terrace which we used daily. The hot tub was warm and the outdoor shower was great. Mercedes acts as your hostess while you are there and is fantastic. Her communication is prompt and she's available to provide you anything you need. She recommended and set up a snorkeling tour for us with "Pollito" which was great and very reasonably priced. Thanks again. We had a fantastic stay.

Puerto Morelos! What a wonderful property to enjoy all that the town has to offer. We had a wonderful time enjoying the condo and the weather. The seaweed washed the beach out by the property while we were staying. That was a bit disappointing, but thankfully we had the jacuzzi to enjoy on the rooftop and enjoy the view!

Very Nice Stay

We had a very nice stay. Mercedes was very helpful and accommodating. Good: Weather, location (short walk to town), clean/newish, great views - especially from top deck, restaurants in town were great, use of golf cart, pool, security, almost everything worked well. Not So Good: Very loud construction next door the whole time we were there (owner offered us $20 for consideration), hot tub never got up to temperature, lots of seaweed - at least this week.

Beautiful property for our family’s spring break

We had such a nice time at the Palma Real Condos in Puerto Morales - Mercedes, the property manager, arranged our airport transfer and met us at the property to review all the accommodations. Very clean and well appointed - had fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and cabinet full of bath/beach towels and books! Never had to worry about finding a pool or beach side lounger and the constant ocean breeze made the rooftop area perfect for morning coffee and evening wine! Highly recommend.

Fantastic

Perfecto..The condo was fantastic and fully equipped and very clean. The rooftop terrace is incredible to watch the sunset and sunrise. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice quiet rental with a beautiful pool and hot tub. And again thanks Mercedes for the awesome introduction when we were in Puerto Morales

Nice place but strange location

It is clear that the owners spend a lot of time in their condo as it is nicely appointed and well maintained. The roof top patio is lovely however as the unit is near to mangroves, one needs to be prepared to lots of gnats at dusk. The location is somewhat awkward as the condo building is adjacent to the port which has a security storage area so it feels like the building is nest to a prison. The beach is not very wide but more importantly, if renting this unit, bring water shoes as there are a lot of small rocks in the water. The AC works very well but is rarely required as the ceiling fans should suffice. The wifi is strong and there is satellite TV. In unit laundry is helpful for drying damp towels. Other than the somewhat strange location, this is a lovely place.
