Gîte Le Bisquin - Two Bedroom House, Sleeps 4

We propose you to rent, on the commune of Cancale, this charming house in which is located the lodging of the Bisquin of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 320 m². Wifi (optical fibre), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation accessible through a private entrance is composed as follows:

On the ground floor :
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double), armchair and a dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people.
- An open plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- Separate toilet.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A beautiful shared unfenced garden of 320 m².
- A private terrace of 14 m² facing North with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The gîte is ideally located in Cancale, which has been elected a remarkable site of taste and is renowned for its oysters and shellfish, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
