The Deluxe Birdhouse is a playful getaway for couples that elevates you! Discover the wonder of living 20 feet up among the trees! From the easy-access parking spot, cross a 30-foot bridge to your human-sized birdhouse! Feast your eyes on the beautiful decor. Relax in the cushioned swivel chairs on the private decks. Slide down the adult-sized slide to the firepit area & play some cornhole. Enjoy the sunset and firelight from the hot tub. Take the spiral staircase to the reading nook and loft.

Non-smoking, pet-free. Note: there will be a fee per unregistered guest. This house is designed as a special couple’s getaway for two.

Bedroom: Luxury King memory-foam bed, soft bedside lighting, silent stylish ceiling fan, under-bed storage with pull-out drawers
Bathroom: Elegant space with beautiful tiled walk-in shower, granite top sink, bench for your convenience, luxury towels, spa towels.
Loft: Bonus climate-controlled space with stunning chandelier over a 64-square-foot loft net, soft genuine sheepskins and feather pillows, smart TV, reading nook.
Deck: Views of sunset and Daniel Boone National Forest, gas grill with tools, cushioned swivel chairs for two, modern propane fire table, hot tub, propane heated outdoor shower (warm months only), bird shaped hooks to hang your towels
Under-cabin deck: Two swinging hammock chairs, swivel chairs, and sunset views. Additional outdoor recreation area coming spring 2024.
Other: Adult slide, firepit with Adirondack chairs. Bring firewood or conveniently purchase ours.

- Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, measuring cups/spoons, etc. k-cups, teas, sugar, stevia, creamers, organic extra-virgin olive oil, Himalayan salt, sea salt, and a pepper grinder.
- Full-length mirrors, coloring books/pencils to unwind, games for two, puzzle, books, bluetooth speaker, bedside clock.
- Easy access, no steps required and no AWD/4WD necessary (rare to find in the area). The property is accessed by a well-maintained gravel road. Trailers prohibited. Plenty of parking space in front of cabin.
- Tranquil location near Red River Gorge with rock climbing, horseback riding, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, zip lines, fishing, restaurants, sight-seeing, and more nearby.
- Logging roads are available to hike onsite from the cabin. Hike at your own risk on unmarked trails. The Red Byrd Arch trailhead is a 5-minute drive from the cabin. Creation Falls, a popular waterfall along Rock Bridge trailhead, is about a mile from the cabin and an easy drive. There is so much to enjoy here, you might not want to leave! Plan for at least two nights to enjoy everything.
