The "Villa Nella" apartments are located in a quiet residential area a few meters from the sandy beach and a 5-minute walk from the center of Marina di Campo, one of the most popular villages for tourists of all ages.
The structure has a lot of green space where it is possible to park the car and is divided into 3 apartments of different sizes.
On the ground floor there are a three-room apartment and a two-room apartment; on the first floor instead a large four-room apartment.

The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.

Two-room apartment 2/4 beds
The structure is about 35 square meters, is located on the ground floor, the apartment has just been renovated, it is divided into a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, to complete we have a outdoor area with table and chairs for eating. The bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 25 years (aimed at groups of guys; family welcome)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
