Or, opt to splash in the private pool's clear water! Evening entertainment is best spent on the covered patio, lined by twinkle lights and furnished with comfortable outdoor seating. The furry members of the group will adore the expansive grassy area surrounding the home.

Inside, modern living can be found in an open layout. The living room is warmed by a gas fireplace and boasts plush seating and a large smart TV. When you aren't streaming your favorite shows, engage in some playful competition over the pool table.

The chef of your family will love utilizing the gourmet kitchen's marble countertops, updated appliances, farmhouse sink, and massive center island to prepare all of their culinary creations. Both a dining table and breakfast bar are available when it's time to eat.

Rounding out the comfort, the bedrooms are adorned with soft linens and central air. In addition to the beds in the bedrooms, you'll find two twin sleeper chairs in the living room and two twin rollaway beds in the laundry room. A washer/dryer is also available to refresh your swimsuits.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
