****About our Cabins****
You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.
GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!

Also feel free to use any of the spices, sugar, creamers etc… that are generally stocked in the fully equipped kitchen.
This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.
PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.
CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.
SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.
NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

*Please Note: All bedrooms have TV's except the furtherest main level bedroom does not at this time.
*Please Note: There are currently no blinds on the windows. The owners are getting ready to automated blinds installed on October 4th.
Please Note: The cabin is located on a gravel road with mountainous terrain. Although the cabin can be reached without all wheel or four wheel drive it is recommended to have AWD or 4WD.

Please Note: The cabin is located in a very naturally untouched development in a rural area. There are lots of hiking trails and walking with nature viewing. Please be aware of your surroundings there are bears, deer, bob cats, raccoons, snakes etc...Please DO NOT leave food or trash in your car or outside. The bears will try any means to get to it.
Any trash that you have while at the cabin please place in the trash cans located in the downstairs garage area.
