Huset ligger i et rolig boligområde med mye dyreliv å se, perfekt for en fredelig, uforstyrret ferie.
Ligger bare noen minutter fra 'The Heather' golfbane, med ytterligere elleve baner innen en ti kilometer radius. Kurs varierer fra moderat enkelt til vanskelig, for alle typer golfere. Mange kurs er i enestående landlig natur.
Huset er delt plan, med master suite bort til den ene siden og de to andre soverommene på den andre siden, vil du bli omringet av all luksusen hjemme når vi tilbyr et fullt utstyrt hus.
Det er en queen size-seng på soverommet med veggmontert TV og eget bad. Det andre soverommet har en queen size-seng og en veggmontert TV, og det tredje soverommet har enkeltsenger begge med god lagringsplass i alt. Disse to rommene deler bad som har både dusj og badekar.
Det er et lokalt lederteam i nærheten, som vil sørge for eventuelle problemer eller forespørsler du måtte ha.

Paradise Found for sure

I can say that my wife and I enjoyed our stay in a super clean well organized home for 2 weeks. The home is so comfortable and well stocked with anything you may need for comfort. A very private location in a gated Golf community with friendly neighbors and close to anything you may need food and restaurants. We hated to leave but will return in the future. Swimming pool was a nice asset too.

Florida Vacation 2022

A comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood with a large private yard and heated pool, great for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location was perfect, just under an hour away from Tampa and Clearwater beach and 90 minutes from Orlando. We would love to come back for another vacation.

The Happy House

The house was located in a neighborhood, but neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves. The house is the perfect size for two or six. It is so well appointed, has everything!! There are more than enough towels, pots, pans, sheets, glasses, flatware, even an apron! We had a question and the host Amanda got back to us quickly. WiFi was great, great tv, even CD's in the event you've caught up on all your shows! Outside a lovely pool in the closed in lanai, great size grill and occasionally, peacocks! Also, close to Rte 19 with everything you could possibly want or need. Really one of the best appointed houses we've ever rented for a vacation. All that for an amazing price. We look forward to returning! Thank you for a great vacation!

Beautiful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The accommodations were very good. Everything was provided, very clean, and very comfortable. We had two problems during our stay, and Amanda was very quick to respond and get the problems fixed quickly and in a very professional manner. We were very impressed and great full for all her help. Perfect winter getaway!

We were looking for a place to escape Wisconsin winter and we found it. Everything you could want from restaurants, shopping, and peaceful surroundings. We definitely want to go back.

Cleanliness is a big issue here...

The neighborhood is quiet but the lack of cleanliness is a big issue here. There were cheese stains on one of the kid's beds so we had to laundered them before they could sleep. We should have probably done the same for our bed as well based on bites we noticed on our legs after we left (we stayed for 9 days). There was a pan of bacon fat still in the oven even though the owner mentioned no one was in the property the week prior. The pool is falling apart. As you swim, you'll notice bits of the grout falling into the pool. You need to take a long shower to clear it out of your hair. Additionally, no one came to clean the pool despite the owner mentioning they come every Monday. Owner never replied to my email when I asked when the company would be coming after Monday passed. Internet is horribly slow (less than 3Mbps). If you're looking to get some work or schooling done, you'll be out of luck. Cell service is spotty as well. Water heater is on a timer but that schedule was never shared with us. Kids had to take cold showers early on as we weren't aware. I never asked the owner for even a partial refund but would have appreciated some gesture given the issues above. I'd strongly suggest finding a different home if you're looking to stay in the area.

Great place on short notice

We found this place on short notice and it came through. Clean and tidy, it had what we needed. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet, though more out of the way than we realized. The only downside was the heated pool that wasn’t. The pool was clean, but not heated from what we could tell. Kind of bummer since our trip landed on a week with cool whether when a heated pool would have been a great distraction. All in all...a nice place.

Country Dream Vacation

It was an amazing experience! Beautiful country like nice and quiet there’s a beautiful peacock that roams the neighborhood couple of other animals. My family loved it can’t wait to go back! Owners are great 😎

Not quite what expected

The house was very nice and had all the appliances/utensils needed. However, there were a few items that made it less than ideal. First, most of the tv shows we watch are on cable,satellite. We were unable to get anything other than broadcast stations. When questioned, the owner sad it was too expensive and they cut back to mainly basic cable, which was not much more than broadcast stations. Next, we enjoy swimming very much. For the first 2 weeks, could not use the pool because the water never got above 69 degrees, and the pool heated had an error code on it, which did not go away. When questioned, the owner said the system ran for only a few hours a day, it was dependent on the outside air temperature, and the system was operating normally. After the pool service cam e for normal weekly servicing twice, the filter was found to be blocked, and the heater was in fact not working. After the filter was cleaned, the heater started working, and the water finally felt warm. However we were unable to use the pool for 2 of the 4 1/2 weeks we were there. Next, the tv in the master bedroom would loose the signal and cut out occasionally, and the tv in the second bedroom did not work at all. My wife enjoys reading. The light in the livingroom was poor, and we had to buy a reading light so she could read. One item that future renters my want to consider, the owners have a no refund policy. I did not see this until after we put down the downpayment. We have rented in florida several times and did many searches, and this is the only place I've seen that has a no refund policy. Overall, our visit was nice, but with these issues, was less than ideal.

Overall we had a good stay. House was comfortable.

At one point in time the lawn may have looked like the picture but not so much any more. We were glad the weather was mild, as on arrival we were told not to turn the air below 78. But with ceiling fans it was quite comfortable. Hot water heater seems to be on some sort of timer which after a couple of cold showers we figured out. House was clean.

Simply The Best

This home has everything, from an incredible kitchen with every gadget you will need, the most comfortable beds to sleep in, recliner leather sofa to watch the great TV or netflix on, an awesome pool with a gas grill and great outdoor seating, and the owner Amanda was so easy to deal with, answering our many questions. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with everything you could wish for. We were just sorry we had to leave.

As advertised. We enjoyed our 3 weeks in this quiet location.

Clean. In good shape with normal wear and tear on furniture. All appliances worked. Pool heater kept water at 83 every day in spite of some cool nights. Nice bbq. Golf course 2 minutes away. It was a bit rough, but new owners took over while we were there and plan improvements. Only suggestion: replace door closer on lanai. It slams the screen door no matter what you do.

The cleanest rental I've ever had.

I was very happy with this house. It is tucked away in a quiet neighbor in The Heather golf community. We have been renting vacation homes in Florida for 10 years and this is the cleanest house we have ever been in! Everything was spotless including the grill. Plenty of dish ware of every size and gadgets for everything you might want. The closets were full of hangers. (I counted 60 in the master bedroom.) The wireless internet was everything I needed. Loved the large screen TV in the master bedroom. The bed was comfortable. The shower in the master bath was terrific with 2 shower heads and lot of settings. The furniture was very comfortable. We were not able to use the garage and the drive is a little steep so that is something to consider if you have mobility problems. We enjoyed the pool every day we were there. There is a partial awning in the lanai that gave us shade when we wanted it. It is close to a nature area so there are a lot of birds and I watched a big turtle walk across the back yard one day. Amanda was very easy to work with. We didn't have any problems and were very pleased with our stay.

This a modest but extremely well kept house.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Amanda's house. She has thought of practically everything for the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen, down to unexpected details like having holders for corn-on-the-cob! TV and WiFi are excellent, the neighborhood is quiet, and the residents are friendly. I highly recommend it, and we plan to stay there again if it is available when we return next time to the Weeki Wachee area. Thanks, Amanda!

Good value for money small family villa

We stayed here for 2 1/2 months early this year, and had a great time. Villa was clean, tidy, well equipped, good value and perfect for the two of us as a base to play golf and travel around. Weeki Wachee and the surrounding areas are very nice and have all the facilities you could ever want close at hand, and less snowbirds like us to crowd everything out, although if you want to play good golf then be careful about which courses you choose as many of the local cheap public courses are in very poor condition and you may have to travel a little farther away (20-40 mins) to find any really decent courses. The owners were very considerate and kept in touch with us to make sure we were happy with everything during our stay.

Best rental home by far.

My Wife and I rented this home from Amanda for just over two months, we had Thanks Giving and Christmas here. The weather has been the best it could of been and made our stay everything we could of wished for and more. The house has everything, from a gas bar-b-que with great outdoor seating, bird feeders and beautiful surroundings. We would watch the birds feed all day, while enjoying the pool. Inside the house we found it very clean, and well maintained. Again there was everything from Netfilx on the smart TV, with lots of comfortable seating, to every cooking item you would need in the kitchen. There were lots of great restaurants and stores all close by. We especially enjoyed Kayaking down the Weeki Wachee river, the water was crystal clear and we felt very safe. Thank you Amanda for making our stay very comfortable you have a beautiful home and we really appreciated it.
