This newly-renovated, 1600 square-foot, 3Bed/3Bath condo with loft is the perfect place for your Branson getaway! Located in the Pointe Royale Resort, this condo has everything you need, including an AWESOME location! Just minutes from the "Branson Strip", the Showboat Branson Belle, Table Rock Lake, Silver Dollar City (only 8 miles away!) and Big Cedar Lodge.

The Space:
Once inside the condo, you'll enjoy a renovated kitchen with white cabinets, granite counters and stylish backsplash tile. Brand new stainless-steel appliances will make cooking for your group easy! All cookware and dinnerware is provided. The dining table seats six, with four additional stools at the breakfast bar.

From the living room, you'll be able to watch a movie, big game or favorite Netflix show on the 65-inch Smart TV. When the weather is chilly, light the fireplace with the ease of a switch. Enjoy a glass of wine or coffee from the lovely balcony.

All bedrooms have cozy king-sized beds with plush bedding. Smart TVs are also included in all bedrooms. Bedrooms sleep a total of 6 people. Large sectional couch could sleep a 7th guest.

Fully-equipped kitchen, 4 flat-screen Smart TVs, furnished deck, free Wi-fi, in-unit laundry machines and open parking.

Pointe Royale Resort has plenty to do as well! Enjoy a round of golf at the 18-hole course. Cool off on a hot day in the HUGE swimming pool. For cooler nights, there is an indoor pool and hot tub. After working up an appetite in the fitness center and tennis courts, enjoy a bite to eat at the clubhouse restaurant!

Nothing beats Branson for your next family fun vacation! Rent a boat and enjoy a day on Table Rock Lake. Ride some roller coasters at Silver Dollar City. Take in some great shopping at the Branson Landing and Tanger Factory Outlets. Check out the sites at Big Cedar Lodge. Ride go-carts, ferris wheels and mountain coasters on the Strip. If you're not tired after all of that, take in one of Branson's many shows! You won't have a shortage of fun things to do when you visit Branson!

• No smoking
**Max two pets allowed. No additional pet fees, although we do expect our guests with shedding dogs to utilize our vacuum and other cleaning supplies to remove excess hair.
**Minimum age to rent is 21 years old.
