Located in the heart of Bordeaux, this 65 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It is on the 1st floor of a building without elevator, and comprises :

- an open-plan living area comprising a lounge with double sofa bed (no blackout shutters) and a dining room,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm) and dressing room,
- a second bedroom with double sofa bed (140cm) and work desk,
- bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, clothes hangers,
- TV, Wifi, games for all ages and books.

Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
