This dream cabin includes boasts ample indoor relaxation space, a well-equipped kitchen for culinary adventures, and inviting outdoor activities for your enjoyment (including a cowboy game room!). This incredible destination includes:

Enjoy the leisure of the naturally-lit sunroom, cozy up in the two living areas with large Smart TVs and fireplaces, and even catch up on work in a dedicated work space! Our spacious kitchen and dining area are perfect for the foodies in your group (and check out the high ceilings, flooding in natural light), and the beautifully decorated bedrooms ensure comfy nights for all. But the real highlight? The Cowboy Cabin! Play games, relish arcade classics, and make memories at the bar. There is something for everyone in your group, making Care Bear Cabin your DREAM retreat destination!

We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it's all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

On Friday, June 20, Pocono Raceway will host a NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race. The event includes practice and qualifying sessions for the Truck Series, followed by the main race in the evening. The track is located minutes away from Carebear Cabin:)

Prepare for endless fun in the recently renovated Cowboy Cabin, a dedicated hangout space:

- Rediscover the joy of classic arcade games with an Arcade Game featuring over 3,500 titles!
- Pull up a saddle seat at the bar top and share laughter in this ultimate recreational haven.

Nestled by the serene waters of the lake, our cabin offers a breathtaking view that sets the tone for relaxation and tranquility. The surrounding natural beauty and vibrant wildlife add to the charm of this idyllic location. Wake up, brew your morning coffee and enjoy it on our lakeside deck chairs, as nature wakes up around you! Then, enjoy a day on the lake in our kayaks, or load the family up for a day at our lakeside beach at the clubhouse! Then, come back for an afternoon in our cowboy game cabin, and end it with a cook-out with the family around the fire and under the stars. While the inside of this cabin is gorgeous, we have a feeling that you will be spending most of your time outside during your stay at Care Bear Cabin!

COMMUNITY REGISTRATION:
- The cabin is located in the Brier Crest Woods community. All guests are required to be registered with the community before booking.
- All membership fees are included in your reservation, and we take care of handling your registration before your arrival!
- Please note, after you book, we will have additional questions that will need to be answered to complete your registration.
- Each registration includes 10 guests. If you plan to have any individuals over this number, you will need to pay an additional $5 per person. (Note, children under 6 are not included in the guest count.)
- Each registration receives up to 4 vehicle passes. If you plan to have more than 4, it costs $10 per vehicle pass. Upon arrival, you will need to collect your vehicle passes in the mailbox, in front of the cabin, and hang them on your vehicles rearview mirrors.
- There are community wrist bands located at the cabin. These can be used if you plan to use any of the community areas, such as the beach, basketball court, trash dumpster, etc. The wrist bands are reusable and should be left at the cabin when you depart.

We love the environment, and are doing everything that we can to minimize our carbon footprint on this area. Here are a few ways that we are loving on the beautiful environment, and welcoming you to join us!
- We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens
- We offer a drip coffee maker so that you can reduce your single-use pod disposable, while opting for a pot of coffee to eliminate waste!
- All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
- We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!
- Our home is in a great location for Instacart! Make grocery shopping for the family easy while saving on gas!

Just so that you are prepared before your arrival:

1. The community does have some rules for the maintenance and safety of its residents. There is a book with everything listed out for you inside of the home upon arrival. Don't worry, it is nothing crazy :)

2. Swimming: You are not able to access the water directly from the home. You will need to access the water for swimming or fishing from the beach area.

3. Kayaking: All entry of kayaks MUST happen from the boat dock along Elk Dr. You are welcome to enter here- Not at the beach area, only from the boat dock area. (Please note Kayaks are not available Oct 31st through April 30th per community rules)

4. Fishing: If you are going to fish at all you must have a PA state fishing license.

5. To access the Brier Crest amenities you must have a wrist band which we will have inside of the home.

Please Note:

1. We will need to register you as a guest in the community - because of this, we may have some additional questions for you before you arrive.

2. Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

3. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

6. We provide complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response!

7. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at our cabin!
