The Space:
This is the place where couples and family quality time, fun and memories will be made. This new 3 level, custom built home will meet and exceed your expectations for a mountain vacation. By providing all the special touches and details one would expect in a luxury rental, we make it easy for our guests to enjoy their vacation. This home is set up perfectly for a family or 4 couples to vacation together, where each of the 4 bedrooms has their own private bathroom. Enter into the open great room and kitchen with soaring ceilings and a floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace. There is a king bedroom en-suite on the main level. The main floor suite has double granite sinks, and a walk in shower and a water closet. There is also a half bath and a laundry room on the main level. The upper level has 2 queen en-suites, each with their own private bathroom with a walk in shower. The home can accommodate 10 comfortably in beds. There are smart TV's in the house connected to all your favorite streaming apps. We have HI SPEED WIFI Spectrum internet that easily handles streaming movies, downloading, zooming, etc. There is a propane grill and large covered deck spaces to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature, creek below and long range mountain views. Level 2 EV charger included.
Guest Access:
Check-in instructions will be sent approximately 2-3 weeks before check-in. There is a code to both the community gate and the front door of the home.
The Neighborhood:
Bordering a vast forest preserve, Catawba Falls Preserve gated acreage homesites has stunning views of the Pisgah National Forest. You'll feel a thousand miles away in your mountainside dream vacation home, yet you'll be 15-30 minutes from the culture and conveniences of Asheville and Black Mountain. There are numerous hiking trails, streams and rivers, and waterfalls nearby. Wildlife is abundant in the Preserve. The most common animals that you may encounter are deer, wild turkey, rabbits, birds, fox, and black bears. Wake up to a symphony of birds, turkeys and woodpeckers. The views and sunrises over the mountain valley, the peace and serenity of this property and the community will amaze you! Enjoy a really unique getaway yet close enough to all the great attractions the area offers.

The property is very quiet, peaceful and private and sits on over 4 acres with breathtaking views all around. The wrap around deck has comfortable seating. Relax in the outdoor furniture and rocking chairs. The amazing outdoor spaces are the place for relaxing and enjoying the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature.
For nature lovers, there is hiking, waterfalls and abundant wildlife in the Preserve. Our community has miles of hiking trails along the pristine streams and rivers with waterfalls.
The home and kitchen are very well stocked with all your basic supplies needed for your vacation week. We make it easy to come and immediately start enjoying your vacation. There is a Harmon Kardon bluetooth speaker that you can connect your devices to for your music. The kitchen features everything one would need for a relaxed trouble free vacation. There is a regular drip coffee maker and a hot water kettle. There is a Kitchenaid Mixer, rice cooker, toaster oven/air fryer combo, bread toaster, blender and a charcoal grill on the deck. The beds are all made up prior to your arrival and we provide clean towels and linens.
We take cleaning our home very seriously and pride ourselves on providing one of the cleanest vacation homes you have ever stayed in. We have instructed our crew on the latest recommendations such as using the highest heat setting for washing linens and towels, airing out the house during cleanings, disinfecting all surfaces including counters, door knobs, light switches, remotes, railings, etc.
We keep our availability calendar up to date. Please check our calendar before inquiring about availability. We usually respond to all email inquiries right away or within a few hours. We have a 3 night minimum requirement in the off season (Sept, Nov-May excluding holidays and spring break) and a may have 4-7 night minimum in season depending on the week (Memorial Day through Labor Day and October with a Saturday turnover) and all holidays and spring break.
Pet Policy: We have 2 golden doodles and understand the importance of wanting to travel with your best friend. We allow up to 2 well behaved and housebroken dogs with prior approval and paid pet rent fee of $150. Only well behaved and trained dogs please. No puppies or dogs that scratch or chew. Dogs are not allowed on any furnishings. Please let us know the breed, weight and age of your dog(s) for approval. All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and flea and tick medications prior to arrival. Dogs may not be left unattended. Sorry, no cats or any other animals allowed.
