THE APARTMENT

Enjoy a comfortable, newly renovated apartment with two large bedrooms, in a modern atmosphere, with a view of the ocean and the mountains.
A room with two bunk beds is available to accommodate four children under the age of 17.

From the entrance you have a large living room, bright and comfortable, open to its kitchen, separated by a large bar, serving as a dining table.
The comfortable living room can accommodate two couples of friends and 4 children. The American kitchen is fully equipped, providing you with everything you need for a successful stay, and especially to prepare your favorite dishes. Next to the kitchen, you will find a loggia, where you can have dinner and enjoy the view.
On the night side, the apartment offers a total of 3 bedrooms, all quiet and bright. The first master bedroom has a double bed and a closet. The second master bedroom offers a closet to allow you to free your suitcases. A third bedroom is available, ideal for children, consisting of 4 individual beds (bunk beds).
The apartment also has a storage box, and a private parking, to be able to park at any time of the day.
In order not to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, the condominium does not allow youth groups. Please also note that the maximum adult occupancy is 4 people.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The elegant downtown area revolves around the imposing Place Georges Clemenceau. Hindu statues are on display at the Asiatica Art Museum, while the Biarritz History Museum traces the Napoleonic era. The popular Halles food market offers truffles and artisanal breads. The tree-lined boulevards are lined with Basque tapas bars with terraces, brasseries serving mussels, and wine bars, alongside delicatessens and art galleries.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 500€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 6,24€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

Arrivals are normally from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm, but it is possible to arrive later (on request) by paying 10 euros per additional hour.
