Featuring mountain views, Villa Fleurettes features accommodation with a garden and a balcony, 275 steps from main cabine lift station for connection to entire 4 Vallee skiarena, as well as seperate new cabine to Bruson. Trainstation, supermarkets and resturants. eting . .The property has large sun terraces, private and descreet location on a small private street.

This spacious villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, Large living rooms with a seating area in a " sunken pit" as the australians calls it. Dining area for 8-10 persons, 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with a walk-in shower and a bath. A large flat-screen TV with more than 200 international channels and streaming services like netflix for a cosy hometheather evening, Blu-ray player and DVD player. Office space and printer are available. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance, 3 parking spaces of which 2 are covered.

A ski equipment preboking rental service and ski storage space are provided at the villa, and guests can go skiing in the surroundings.

This welcoming villa offers a peaceful retreat for guests, with a mix of king, queen, and full beds to ensure a perfect night's sleep.

A seperate studio with lounge and a comfortable doublebed in queensize, toilet with shower as well as private garden terasse, makes the villa ideel for several generations, enjoying holliday together.

This villa is only occasional on the market for rent, 2-4 weeks a year mainly around christmas and new year. The villa is a private home where owners, operating in the serviced apartment and housing market, open this property for selected periods and guest profiles..

When the villa is not rented out, the studio area can be rented separately during the winter season/ summer season as a bed/ breakfast holiday home. Ask for availabilities.
