The Space:
This beautiful apartment is furnished to a high standard, with a modern, spacious feel throughout the property. It can accommodate up to 4 people with one large bedroom and two sofa beds within the living area. The bedroom boasts a kingsize bed and leads out to the enclosed patio, the bathroom is slightly off set from the kitchen and of a great size. The outside space is private and provides sun loungers and a dining table to soak up some sun or enjoy some al fresco dining whilst enjoying views of the immaculate communal swimming pool.

The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay, including full cooking, storage and washing facilities. The dining table seats 4 and the living area has 2 sofas for relaxing indoors out of the hot sun.
Guests can also take advantage of the large communal swimming pool, which is beautiful and relaxing, and has plenty of sun loungers available. There is also a children’s pool for younger families to enjoy.

Apartment Katy is a perfect choice for Ayia Napa lovers wanting a peaceful holiday in beautiful settings with a large selection of stunning beaches to choose from, including Nissi Beach and Landa Beach. A short stroll will find you on Nissi Avenue, with buzzing atmosphere and an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep.
