The connected living room, dining room and kitchen, creates a contemporary open concept design space. This is a multi family complex and there are shared amenity spaces including a gym, pool, pickleball court, BBQ covered seating areas and lounge areas.

PARTYING WILL INCLUDE A $2500 FINE AND YOU WILL BE ESCORTED OFF OF THE PROPERTY BY THE POLICE.
Pets are allowed depending on size. A few questions and additional information. Will the dog ever be alone in the unit? If so we prefer that the owner brings a kennel. Please let us know this information before your stay and confirm prior to your arrival if you will in fact be bringing pets and how many etc. There are pet fees for guests who bring pets in addition to the booking reservation amount.

Interaction with Guests:
I will be accessible 24/7 for my guests either via phone or through the Airbnb app. Expect a quick and prompt response. I give my guests space but available for your every inquiry.
