Great location and the house was clean. However, lots of little things like broken towel racks, sharp edges in the shower from missing tiles, kitchen trash cabinet was broken, couch needs to be replaced and there is only 2 parking spots not 3 unless we misunderstood something.

The location was great but the property is not newly renovated and was falling apart. Couch was disgusting and covered by a sheet. Toilet seats were broken, screen door was falling off, tiles were falling off the wall.

Absolutely beautiful property!! We're a family of 8 & were very comfortable the whole time. Love the closeness of the beach and boardwalk & the nightly porch sitting. Will definitely be booking here again in the future!!

Great Location but not a cozy house feel, host not responsive during whole stay

We had some issues during our stay. The house is new construction but seems to be cheaply done and/or not well kept up with. In the upstairs loft, the toilet was broken and a huge piece of tile was missing in the shower. I contacted the owner promptly upon noticing this and never received a response for my entire weekend. Drawers were broken on two dressers, and clothes were left in one drawer. The couch in the family room was so stained we refused to even sit on it. There were no batteries in one of the remotes, Craft pain was all over the front balcony. Positives: we got to check in 2 hours early, the place was in a great location, it was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The biggest negative was that the host never responded to any of my concerns or questions once actually checking in. They could have made the experience way better but I became frustrated when I was ghosted, especially because of the money we paid.

Absolutely NOT new construction

This place might be newER but it’s already tired and beaten up. It was very dirty, and the couch was filthy and we would not even sit on it. I read the reviews before booking and I specifically wrote to the property manager to ask about the cleanliness-she said all the issues were ironed out. They were not! The shower bench was broken and cracked and I had to take a shower on the next floor. I called to report this and then texted. No response. I would not stay here again despite the good location.

Nice design and great location

Great location next to the water park and 50 yards to the Boardwalk. New construction so it was nice and bright with lots of windows. Three nice sized bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level (which is on the second floor). Kitchen, living room, front deck and W/D on main level were in nice shape. Another master bedroom and full bath and deck are secluded on the upper level (which is the 3rd floor) with minimal noise transmission to the main level. Beds were pretty comfortable and quiet. (The first level above garage is a different rental unit.) You have use of one of the two garages with lots of room and can fit one car in driveway. There are too many entry codes (one for garage, one for door to stairs inside garage, and one for door to stairs on outside of house). We just used the outer entry to stairs. Lots of steps- about 32 steps to main living level and another 16 to upper level, but we were fine with that. A few small fixes needed (towel holders in some bathrooms were loose or falling, fridge shelf was cracked, needs more utensils), but overall was fine. "Outdoor shower" present but disgusting, covered with sand and dirt with no shower head, and obviously not in use. White couch in living room stained (as expected- it is white!) but we threw a sheet over it. Beach tags were included! Overall, it might need a little maintenance but happy with the bright appearance, open space, comfy beds, nice deck and views, and nice location.

Great location

On the positive side, the lo9cation could not be beat. Just a block from the Boardwalk and the ocean with a balcony perfect for people watching. The property was on the 3rd floor so the stairs might be problematic for some people but once you were in the unit, there was almost no street noise. The outside sounds were well muffled, and the master was up yet another flight of stairs so even quieter. The beds were comfortable, the A.C. worked well, the parking was adequate and the 3 bathrooms were plenty. On the negative side, as noted in other reviews, the white sofa was stained, impractical and uncomfortable. A couple leather couches would transform the experience. The codes and locks were tricky and we ended up leaving the bottom door unlocked sometimes rather than hassle with it. There were ants in the upstairs. But the big thing was the lack of provisions. No dishtowels, hand towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo or paper towels. That should be improved! But there were beach tags which was nice. If you are looking for a central location and aren't too picky - you'll enjoy this listing.

The white couch was filthy. Should have been replaced years ago. Prior guests must have used the porch for a painting class leaving paint on the porch floor and sliding doors. Touch up paint on walls was the wrong color and the steps to the upstairs unit would have been impossible for anyone with mobility issues. The right side garage door had no power and would not open. Given the high cost of this property, I would have expected it to be decorated better. We never sat on the couch during our entire vacation.

KEEP LOOKING…

I had great expectations paying a lofty amount per night for this property which is quite a premium hindsight. We had trouble from the very start of our stay which seem to never end during our stay. I normally am used to writing very positive reviews & have had amazing experiences thru VRBO along with owners. This property I fortunately fell very short for a myriad of reasons. I would highly recommend the owner works on fixing door locks to property as neither work effectively which is apparent this has been a problem for some time as the deadbolt stays locked & rubs marks on door entry area along with the door entry to garage being wide open when we arrived noting the below neighborhood than has full access to your property if this door does not work. I could go on from all the hair in the master bathroom & simply hanging bath towel in which the towel rack just fell to the ground along with TP holder already broken on arrival—owner said she would have someone come fix right away…five days later we never saw anybody. The blinds in master bedroom are missing which lets the morning light in, so don’t worry expect to sleep in. In addition, the area of Ocean City is very loud as right off boardwalk with large semi food trucks backing up to unload thru the days as well as rowdy teenagers as night. I have surely learned my lesson as when I went to book this property there were no reviews, so I was apprehensive in booking due to this along with the outrageous price esp hindsight spending over $18k for 5 nights! But, I thought the pictures of home looked good, so I splurged. My family & I enjoyed our stay doing activities, but the property was surely a disappointment. I would highly recommend anyone keeps looking & my hope is the owner fixes these issues, so no one else has to go thru what we went thru!!!
